Yeah it only counts as terrorism if it's politically motivated. This was revenge so it won't count in court. It is bad enough to be an FBI jurisdiction tho.
Lmao, yeah Andrew was just being emotional. Terrorism can only be applied if 1) an act of violence to promote a political agenda and/or; 2) damage to federal property, took place. Since city streets aren't considered "federal" property, Buggs will only be charged for grand theft auto, wreckless endangerment and so on, but not terrorism. 🤣

@@GratefulInRecovery in America he'd get a promotion that's how bad the police are and good luck getting justice because if whatever happened benefits the government nothing will happen about it the "justice" system has barely to no justice at all the only time the police actually tries their best is when one of their own officers is involved in a crime but if there is no cop good luck you'll need to get actually get justice

Andrew P fucked up, as a officer of the law you are required to inform the suspect of their chargers (doesn't matter what level they are) and you DO NOT tase someone in cuffs ever.
they cant charge you with terrorism since that means you have to had political views on something which backs up your actions. They also tased you when in cuffs and didnt read your rights on your arrest. In real life this wouldnt go anywhere

The terrorism charges against Bugg's character were dismissed by a Los Santos judge in 2022. Bugg's character was however convicted of grand theft auto and attempted murder in 2022. He was sentenced to life without parole in 2022. All appeals so far have been denied with the US Supreme Court still waiting to hear the case.

TheSesime nope. Buggs was walking toward him and he was telling him to stop and so was the cop that was going to put him in the car. So therefore he was not complying and and drew had every right to raze him
Definitely wasn't complying. He was given orders to get in the car and he ignored them and continued following the other officer and trying to ask him question. That's not complying. The taser could be up for debate tho

I really like to see them actually make a court system or a courtroom interior just to have the judge the jury and the two bailiffs and then have your representing attorneys (aka Buggs or Jeff) vs the DA lol buggs would be serving so many subpoenas right now 😂😂
Hey Buggs, I've been going through a bit of a rough spot in life recently. Love sucks, school is stressing me pretty bad, and sometimes I struggle to keep up with all of it, but your videos really keep me going and they're always something nice to look forward to.
