You should build a car made from a shipping container. In real life they are bullet proof except for fmj rounds. Additionally since its bulletproof you can bulletproof the tires and hide them inside. Finally add a turret that fires a taser like an automatic weapon. Pack it full of fuel barrels so you can refill it without opening it, pack tons of delicious MRE's, lots of water, a onboard water filtration system that pulls water from rivers through the bottom of the container, and a bulletproof air conditioner, all economy sized (available at your friendly military base surplus store, on sale now!) When in need of additional supplies park in front of a 24/7 with the door of the container facing into the store, and stock up.
