this video gave me another idea for you to try. What about instead of a 360 jet ramp car you get a 360 boost car? it would be armoured and have jets on each side so when you hit boost you don't go off in any direction but instead everyone around you goes flying away. You'd be like a superhero who gets piled on then with sheer super strength blast everyone away (think Neo in matrix reloaded with all the smiths fighting him) If you also angled the boost slightly towards the sky it would not only fling people and car up but would allow you to stick to the road easier and potentially help with traction.
