it’s a mod the mod is called rde stands for realism dispatched enhanced the mod has more cops like noose, fib and the army the mod also changes the wanted level depending on your actions if you have use a heavy weapon then a message would say suspect is using heavy/explosive weapons dispatching technical units or tachnical units you can have the fib or noose take part of the chase also it tells you who your playing as ex suspect has been identified has michael or franklin or trevor depending who you are i suggest completing gta v story mode or getting in the middle of it before testing it it get will get too messy to the point you were die during missions that have you use weapons against cops so be careful also it can identify your vehicle or newest vehicle also it can say shots fired, officer down and deadly force is now authorised or pit moves are authorised it adds more law enforcement like lsiap which stands for los santos international airport police they have fib police and the noose police and more make sure you have enough storage and listen to the steps the mods are in the video description make sure you have the newest rde not the outdated ones
