Rob is a minion, not a friend. Worst part, he acts like a minion. Frankly, I can't even blame Trevor. People like Ron would make anybody uncomfortable, and if you tried to push them away and they still clung to you, well, that's exactly how such a relationship would end up.

While he proclaims to only eat enemies, he actually devours -- he preys on everyone who comes into his orbit and is not strong enough to push back. You cannot be weak if you want to be friends with him -- otherwise you will end up as his minion or food.
Wade is that one friend cause they don’t have anyone else, and sometimes they are actually helpful af, such as when Wade found Michael, offered that they’d go to Floyd’s etc. Wade is useful, Ron is just clingy. Then there’s Chef, a genuine “I got ur back” type of dude, to the point Trevor says he’d be useful in some heists.
@@miloradowicz Furthermore, Ron is essentially what would have become of Floyd. Like Floyd, Ron had an ex-wife who was very controlling towards Ron much like Debra. Trevor takes emasculated men, empowers them, then keeps them under his wing.
He's one of those self aware GTA characters. But he also accepts his lot in life. He's in a weird situation. And he makes it out good. He knows he's done bad, he knows he's around bad people, but he makes it out with a family and a... legit-ish office job.

Now that i think about it, Trevor could've been a good artist indeed. I always thought that after The Third Way, the trio split up. But they didn't, if these conversations are something to keep in mind, and it's quite cute.
I thought Trevor was crazy, but he chooses not to kill Michael because he has kids. That makes me question if he becomes less crazy around the end of the game.
Might be a hot take but I prefer Franklin and Trevor as a duo over Franklin and Michael. Michael's better as a lone wolf, on his own. Frank and Trev however operate better in units and they're more real
Yk, Trevor may be a psycho but he’s no idiot and he’s also no hypocrite. He knows exactly when ppl are making a fool of themselves and isn’t afraid to call them out. Hence why he’s always giving Michael a hard time. But at the same time, he’s extremely loyal to his friends which is why he hasn’t killed Mike or Franklin.
Through my first play I sticked with Michael understanding the situation of "I got a family to look out for", but the more I replayed the game, the more I started to notice that something doesn't quite fit with me when hearing Michael's POV on life. The one big thing that distinguishes him from Trevor is that... While Trevor might be a guy who's lost his sanity, you can still find humanity on him he still (somewhat) consious of what he's saying and truly seeks to value the new found family he has despite all, you can see it when even after finding out that Michael set up Frank to die, he was willing to forgive him and if you do pick to kill Michael as ending, Trevor looks down on you for doing so. Michael on the other hand seems to find joy in Trevor being dead, even if Trevor particularly never endangered his family or him (as a matter of fact, he never did besides kidnapping Patricia), shit he even cares a lot for Michael's family, like the mission of chasing down Lazlow. Most of the moments those things happen was exclusively because of him or people having problems with him (like Devin), so really Michael's just an hipocrite asshole.
Nonono, thats where so many people go wrong. Michael did NOT enjoy killing trevor. He absolutely hated it and was just in DEEP denial. Thats why he acts like hes cool with Franklin after killing Trevor before cutting Franklin off and eventually acting like it was Franklins fault for jilling Trevor. In that ending, Michaels dishonesty comes full circle and he has the spend the rest of his life worse than he started in the game, sulking in even more riches than he started with after fucking over and killings his best friends AGAIN doomed to spend the entire rest of his life drowning by the pool in misery, regret and alcohol. Its a well deserved fate if he kills trevor. Its only by putting his long term self preservation aside and risking his life to SAVE Trevor and Franklin in ending C to litterally fight off THREE fucking armies that he learns that loyal friends are worth risking your life for, instead of risking your friends for your own life. Michael is even humbled by the experience and deeply sorrowfully apologizes to Trevor after Deathwish if you choose to hang out.

I think the person is trying to say that when hanging out with jimmy as michael or trevor, they do not allow jimmy to drink, but when hanging out as franklin jimmy can drink
Frank: why didn't you murder Mike, Trevor? Trevor: Because the plot demanded to. There are two instances where Trevor shoots Mike with intention of killing him but... His gun suddenly... jams. The grave scene, and the warehouse scene. It doesn't make any sense, he could raise Tracey & Jimmy as his own. It's not as if Mike gives a rat's a$$ about his own kids.
