Although the EMP mine is great overall, you should also consider the effectiveness of the other mines in different scenarios. For example, the spike mines are better for long term on vehicle owners who don’t have bulletproof tires because they’ll be slipping and sliding at every turn.

A single Spiked mine has more value than the others over a longer chase, because its affect doesn't go away. On the other hand, you could keep using more of the other mines, while a second Spiked mine may not do anything if there aren't more tires left to shred.

Personally I think this test would be complete if done on a hard to control arena car, but that's just nitpicking. Love your vids. Been with it since 2011. Keep it up you magnificent being.

I spent a few hours with friends driving around looking for the best spots on the map to drop slick mines. Try up in the hills and near Devan Western's house. The NPC cars go flying off the cliff. You can make police cars go flying over certain jumps. Its a lot of fun. You could do the same to anyone who was chasing you in a car.

Not even close, the emp only works on one car, oil slick works on several and even ground npcs, so funny watching them slip all in a group during contact missions.

I think that spikes is still better in most cases since its permanent and over time it will be more supperior especially during an escape, or a race

The spike is the best cause the effects last forever until the car is repaired

Practicality=EMP Funniest/ Most fun= Kinetic

With 3 EMP separated by 5 meters would be enough to completely stop a car. 3 spikes would be enough to slow down the car and make sure it won't move again. 3 sticky separated by 5 meters would make the driver slow down the most. 3 slippery on a curve would make the driver completely lose the track and, maybe, crash. 2 kinetic separated by 10 meters would be enough to make the driver lose it. And now the annoying machine: 1 slippery, in 5 meters, 1 EMP. Immediately a spike, separated by 3 meters with another spike, and immediately a kinetic. If that's not enough to stop it, throw a C4 and the job is done.
