Sony does it! The PS5 is PS3. And today we're hearing that new PS3 PS5 backwards compatibility update is real. GTA 6 might not be running at 60 fps on PS5 Pro.
Call of Duty also got hit with woke disaster and Activision revealed Black Ops 6. PlayStation revealed Concord and Silent Hill 2 during State of Play but apparently it's woke. GTA6 could probably be 60 fps if you guys stop demanding 4K and ask for 1080p instead, which is what the hardware in those consoles is capable of.

Let me be blunt...if backwards compatibility doesn't mean I can take my PS3 discs (all of them) and put it in the PS5 Pro and be able to play them and it's instead just buying the same digital PS3 games once again digitally than it's not worth it plain and simple. Hell same for the Vita and it's cartridges tbh. Hell it'd be about the only way to justify buying a PS5 for me anyway due to the fact the PS5 doesn't really have any games THAT I WANT (yes it has games, doesn't mean I want most of them though) as that would at least allow me to play my older games if my PS3, Vita, or even PS4 (which does have disc backwards compatibility at least for that Gen thankfully) decides it has had enough.

Dont expect to ever be able to do that. Discs will be gone in some years, and Sony does not want to pour money into a declining media form.

Sony has a thing against backward compatibility because of Xbox. They've been watching Xbox have struggles with it, and it was also very expensive for them to do. I think the latter hurdle is why they are reluctant to do it. It always boils down to money

I really don't care if it comes out ir not cuz 1. Its just a slighty upgraded ps4 with a newly added main frame ND slighty upgraded graphics and I can bet the gonna add something useless to it 2. It better not be digtal cuz if so ...I already have the 💰 💰 🤑 to buy two 🖥 etc 3. Knowing sony selling their shit overpriced which they will and that the gamers/ps community will for give them that cuz all they want is to do is console war and acting like 50 year old verging man babies...yeah I'm not gonna buy it
