GTA Car Kits - Toyota Solara 2004-2008 install of iPhone, Ipod and AUX adapter for factory stereo 

You make taking out the a/c + clock piece look easy. Took me a cut thumb, numb fingers, slight trim damage, swearing, and 2 bottles of water to finally pull that sucker off but my god it was all worth it for the bluetooth+aux system. Thankfully that was the only part of difficulty. Now I'll just have to figure out what to do about that bit of trim.

you don't need to take the radio out, once you have the lower front console out you can reach up in behind the radio and plug it in, thats what I did.

I just bought a used 2006 Solara Conv, original radio was removed, and replaced by a Sony/CD/blue tooth radio. I would like to buy and install a stock Solara GPS/SAT radio. Do you know if that is possible?

How does this kit work on the other stock Toyota head unit that comes with the 2004 Solara that only has a single disc player and no tape deck?

Hey does this kit work if you have a 2005 Toyota Solara with a slightly different looking radio. My radio does not have TAPE PLAYER, nor does it have the SAT button. It basically is a AM and FM radio, plus CD Player. Will this kit still install the same and also function?

Just hooked mine up but I can only change tracks through my ipod and not on the stereo or wheel. I press those to go to the next song and the same song continues to play and it only resets the song length time for whatever reason. I tried to change disk modes as well but it just stays on disk 4 track 8. I pressed every button on the stereo. It will not change modes or will not go to the next song. Can anyone identify this problem?

I thought you would take in the radio out so that you could put in the GPS and The back-up camera and a new radio I would rather do that

Anyone know how to fix the pocket where the volt and aux is(2007 model)? Mine broke and won't close properly and have to manually open it.

Does it work if you have the navigation system on the solara 2006?

My 2004 radio works except for the CD player 😒😒😒 is there an easier way to just fix the CD player?
