gta 4 actually has good fixes, especially dxvk, which improves avg fps and eliminates stuttering

definitely IV and the definitive trilogy would be what i'd first try as GTA games on the SD... the reason for such portable gaming is not only to reduced electric usage but as well when possible to otg play them

playing gta online on a handeld are already a plus point for this console, now i can see modders anywhere i go.

Has anyone been able to get enb working on any of the original trilogy? Everytime i try on san andreas i just get a black screen and then a crash

Run GTA 4 on experimental. Stable 60fps

when using the dep (the mod pack) you should be using frame limiter but because of the mod it caps at 60fps instead of 30fps

I think for a handheld console it’s great! For example I have an Xbox one and GTA online doesn’t even run at 30 fps when there are a lot of players, so for something that you can take wherever you want it’s perfect!

Original Vice City starts and runs with Proton 4.11-13 Resolution is capped to 1024x768 under Properties. At start, screen stays at black but just pressing any button game opens.

Fantastic video. My absolute favourite times playing the trilogy was on the OG Xbox. Having those higher res textures but also preserving the original games is a dream to have portably. Thanks!

the worst PC port ever isn't GTA Iv it's Saints Row 2 which takes more time to get it stable then what you have to do for IV

Gta IV at the moment is unplayable because rockstar decided to stop supporting windows 7/8 versions, which i believe is the compatibility layer :/

Don't get the hate bandwagon for the current state of the gta definitive edition. The game looks great in UE and the mods to put music back in make it the best looking version to play I personally can hold 60fps on all games but then again I'm not playing on a handheld. Playing on Max settings the shadows and lighting look so much better in 3, VC, and SA. But hey if you want to call them the defective edition and play the inferior originals you do you.

When i downloaded the mod and installed it for GTA 3, every time i try running the game i get a fatal error message saying ''Cant create shader: ''Shaders/n;irvsjaderD3D8.vso'' is missing or corrupt. Any solution for this?

i dont know why, but vice city wont work at all- not even with the manual on protondb. out of the box, the pictures are cut out. when installing the mod, the game wont start at all. do you have a clue about that

For orignal Gta3, locking to 40hz might solve some of those framerate bugs, and also feel a lot smoother than 30fps.

playing the original trilogy with mods is not play the originals

im so glad that it's a norm now to play gta sa with graphics fixes (ps2 lighting etc)
