same but with my cousin and we had a whole paper with cheat codes in it... i remember typing superman thinking cj would become superman but i learned they were just mods a few years ago ofc i did all of those when i was only 5 years old as my gamer father taught me to play gta when i was 2

Yea it’s just like real life the story is because if niko lived a happy life his gf would die and if he chose to be the same Roman dies and his gf dumps either way gta 4 is very sad.
I was born about a year or so after GTA 3 came out. But started playing my dad's video games at about 4 or 5 (07-08) but hearing GTA 3's intro brings back so many memories. Not only playing and trying to figure out controls and such but watching my dad play the game. Good times man I miss em.

Literally Aland I’d say it was more of a revolution in gaming than any other GTA. It was truly the first game to master the 3D open world concept w the liberty of doing absolutely anything you want as a criminal.
@Alex Ryan.420: Yea and every other game-movie "cash in" from the last 20 years, they're all terrible man. Maybe there's 1 or 2 exceptions to that rule but mostly, any time a movie gets made based on a game, its 99% likely to be a steaming turd. Uwe Boll has got a LOT of explaining to do LOL...
Now THIS is a game series! It ain't gonna please any politicians, but there really isn't anything out there as well crafted as Grand Theft Auto. This is how it's done, my friends.
Rockstar openly fought politicians for freedom of expression in video games everyone bend the kneee except them and they fought till the end, watching dumbass kids talking shit about Rockstar nowadays always makes me mad, sure, they have done very bad shit (gta online monetization) but they also made a lot of good things for this industry.
GTA III was my first time playing a GTA game. That intro still gives me the chills. III ANF IV will remain the peak of this series. U can never recreate this storyline ever again
And had problem with Claude being speechless. There were rumors that Claude could speak but Rockstar had some problems making Claude speak in-game so they ended up scrapped. And Claude didn't have a name until GTA SA
GTA IV literally has a theme that stands out and sticks to your brain. It sort of joins the old and new eras merging together while carrying the dark theme extremely well!
Vice City's intro is my favorite for one particular reason. How distinct it is compared to every single other intros. From the Rockstar logo seemingly pauntes by dust all the way up to the very old fashion PC commands on Rockstar North ... it yells 1980s.
Hard to adequately convey the hype and energy around the launch of the first every 3D GTA game, after having spent years playing GTA 1, 2 and London. I remember seeing a screenshot in PC Power Play Magazine of GTA III of a cop getting car jacked and I almost couldn't believe it was real. When we first downloaded it from KaZaA, me and my brothers all gathered around a PC, when that first piano hit of the intro video...I'd never in my life seen a game open like a cult film. Never before or since was there such an incredible gaming moment as that.
Gta 6 should take place in the 80's or 90's.. hell maybe even the 70's. Imagine rockstar bringing one of those decades to life now. It would be incredible.
I have always, and will always, love 4 the most. It's just... the best imo. It's a nice story line, and the characters are amazing, and I just love it.
Idk about anyone else but gta 5 was my childhood and everything. Crazy how time passed by. Now waiting for gta 6...for actually a very long time tho lol
Man, the time when Leslie Benzies was the producer and Sam Houser was the executive producer was gold. I swear we will never get back the old GTA vibes again. Even when i played IV & V, i didn't feel it.
I remember playing GTA2 every single day when it released on my PS1. I knew ALL of the cheat codes by memory. For those of you who don't know the cheat code inputs were words on a keyboard you needed to type in, not that new button combination BS. Watching the intro brought me back and I called out every single scene before it showed.
