GTA 4 is itself a masterpiece with such graphics and physic in 2008 .

Its too bright, too clean looking. Don’t remove the fog. Its part of the atmosphere! GTA V is a great game but I prefer this one. Its so grounded and realistic compared to all the others. From the atmosphere to the movement. Even how the cars handle are more sim like! I love this game. Good job none the less.

+ Add fog back - remove random and incoherent water puddles - remove oversaturated colours and make the world dark and gritty once more

Gta5 driving feels like a arcade game Gta4 driving felt real cars had weight and the breaks didn’t immediately stop the vehicle

make it less saturated and more foggy for the lc look yellow filter if you want but not necessary as some people might think it is ugly also if its a remaster concept at least remove the real cars

How do you fix the fast animations on pc whenever I go above 60 fps the animations are to quick?

The reality for GTA 6 should improve not only about the graphic but more about the character action ,activities improve physical level. Add some mansion shopping mall and more vehicles , Character , Communication between people can be more diversified. Add some realistic thing when character sitting inside the car.

If there was fog and a darker filter, then the mod would be simply the best. But this version is also very good.

There is no need to wait for a definitive edition. Just do it yourself with all that's available online!

Возможно я её впервые поиграл GTA 4 в 3 классе, позже на летних каникулах проходил режим погони в Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2005, позже узнал что выходит 5 часть GTA в 5 классе и одноклассник просил ее купить, но в нашем базаре где продавали диски и этого диска не было, наверное это было весной пятого класса) Точно помню, то другой одноклассник купил ту самую часть пятую GTA и там была два диска в одном комплекте в самом диске. Хотя, зимние моды в трилогии самые классные, особенно в 5 и 4 частей) В 2011 или 2012 году мы ещё проходили игру call of duty: modern warfare 3 и железного человека, прототипа 2, Saints Row: The Third, тачки 2, Transformers: War for Cybertron/Cybertron Adventures (Fall of Cybertron), Crysis 3 и другие игры, возможно был 3 класс на летних каникулах, а может был 4 класс, точно не помню) Даже в тот момент проходил игру Call of Duty с 1 до 4, была ещё пятая часть и Black Ops) Ну, Герои Эллады самые любимые как вся почти коллекция весёлой фермы и как достать соседа, Angry Birds, реальная ферма 2 самая космическая) А так, когда было мое день рождения осенью в 2013 году и был у меня 4 класс, то мой друг подарил мне игру/диск Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, хоть кто-то еще дал диск с коллекцией SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate и вроде-бы GS Go 1.6. I think GTA 4's look was to capture this feeling of you're trapped in a big American city, where you live the very opposite of what is an "American Dream" the game truly makes you feeling like a prisoner in Liberty City at times, it shows the lows of America.

People are complaining that it's too bright and colourful but that's my favourite aspect of the mod. Go to New York City and you'll see that it's not a dull, monotone city.

The mod looks amazing, but totally changes the mood and artistic appeal of the game (like changing tree textures). It looks like GtaV which I think is not what devs intended. I think you can get the best of the two worlds.
