@@magikarosIt literally doesn't have one, its a sound effect and its fine, rockstar thought it worked better and i trust their decision. The bang also sounds really good, its a great bang.

It's cause of people like you that Rockstar and Take 2 got comfy fleecing the playerbase. If they can't go above the previous entries, at least maintain the standard. How hard would it legit be to use the entry's theme and shorten it to an impactful jingle like VC, SA, IV, LCS and VCS had? If they can't improve the formula at least retain it, don't throw it out
@@p_bok6441 There's a video in youtube that combined the current GTA 5 mission passed sound effect with the scrapped themes of each character. It really flows well
I loved how the mission passed tune changed in GTA IV depending on how the mission was. Simple tasks, epic shootouts, and of course sad missions resulting in a major character dying, they all had their own theme. Same thing was done in the DLC's GTA V had no right to remove such an amazing feature

0:59 I chose to Deal with Dimitri which causes Roman to die. The way my heart sank when Niko woke up the next morning in bed and says "Roman, cousin I'm sorry..." Made me reload my save file and choose revenge immediately.
Me encanta el GTA V pero su sonido de "Mission Passed" fue poco creativo y sin gracia. Mis favoritos son el de GTA Vice City y el GTA 4 con sus episodios de Liberty City, alli se lucieron.
В GTA V для каждого персонажа была своя мелодия Mission Passed, но их в итоге вырезали. Очень классные звуки, особенно у Франклина мне нравится. Можешь найти эти звуки на ютубе, даже есть модификация, возвращающая их в игру
Such an excellent representation of the mission passed themes in GTA games. It's a small feature that we don't usually realise when playing - but can make a world of difference to the tone of the mission/game. Kinda a big reason why the GTA IV mission passed themes are done so well. Each sound has a tone and feel that reflects the players experiences to the character - which reflects on the type of decision the player made.
