I apologize for the length of this video I didn’t want it to be this long. I just had a lot of material to cover with the businesses. A lot of people have requested this video. This is my last money guide as I have covered everything in the game. Until a new business comes out there is no more money guides for me to make. I do have other gta videos coming up. Here is a timestamp for each business if anyone wants to skip to a specific one. Import Export-1:14 Bunker-5:50 Hangar-11:07 CEO Crates-16:29 MC Businesses-21:43 Nightclub-26:54
I just recently got into GTA Online, I'm so glad I found this channel, and this guide was super helpful for a newer player. There's so many other shitty youtubers for games like GTA Online that make scummy clickbait titles with videos full of filler, thanks for making actually good content. Keep up the good work.
Pro please stop minding how long the video is! We don't care! You make good content and can make videos interesting, so keep it up! I actually like more these longer videos.
For the CEO crates, if you have the crashed plane mission: go near the police and get a wanted level and then call lester. You will then be able to collect all crates without hassle.
I do it like this - using an mk2 opressor I look at the crash site to find an easy to get crate before getting 3 stars - then I rush to take it with the opressor. By the time the cops figure out what is happening I'm already flying back to my warehouse with the crate. I don't even need to call Lester, when i reach the warehouse wanted level disappears
@@mauriciomendez6672 Yes, this is also an option. Last time I had this mission I've managed to get the first crate with the opressor and somehow got no stars (like opressor with stealth mode) The cops didn't realize the crate is missing :D. I delivered the crate and went back for the second - then I got the stars.
For solo players, like myself, when selling stock in your bunker, I suggest selling at $175,000 which in the city raises to well over $230k. There's always only 1 vehicle to deal with so it's not really a race against time. You can take your time and deal with asshole enemies who spawn during sell missions.
@@ReneGade_1911 I have 2 more friends and we started playing I had full cocaine cause I didn't pay attention, then 2 oppressors and a hydra came they were trying they're best go cover me but we all died
Quick tip for Import/Export: When enemy NPCS start spawning get out from the car and kill them. There will be 3/4 waves of 2 cars with enemies in it (If you are playing solo - that's how it is for me) and when you kill all npcs they will stop spawning and you can peacefully deliver cargo without too much damage. It usually takes about 2- 2 and a half minute to kill all waves. Saved me a ton of money. Also if there is a NPC helicopter chasing you try to kill 2 guys in car and try to ONLY kill shooting NPC in helicopter. That way NPC piloting helicopter will follow you and no other NPCs will spawn. Another thing I forgot to mention: I usually after sourcing Top range car I go and do Client Job. That way I can actually make my money I'll invest in car to upgrade it back and still have around 10k profit. Wich if you can do that whole day I made around 3 mil $( Not counting any MC stuff) . Of course think about that mental damage it's gonna cause you.... It was pure suffering
@@kingcrimson4436 You can speed the procces like this? I didn't know that. I always just kill civilian in car so I can get quick cover and kill all waves of enemis easily. I feel like the passanger seat npc has really good aim. I'am always being shot from so far away. R* should consider nerfing that a bit.
If you're selling individual cars, I've found that using the Cargobob to airlift the car to its destination will complete remove the threat of NPC attackers and drivers. If you're high enough (ascend straight up for about five seconds), the enemies won't even spawn in. Its especially helpful if you have a Cargobob in a Hangar since you can spawn in it from the menu. However, it isn't the safer option if you're in a hostile lobby. Its a slow and large helicopter so, even going ghost doesn't help much.
RS Master i have a question if you wouldnt mind answering, is it normal that even with one of the upgrades, before double money came this week i would make 60k worth of product and i ordered 75k worth? i always have to steal product now except for this week cus double money but idk what to do the only business i profit from is cocaine every other one just loses me money, any idea whats happening?
General Aladeenn Make sure you have the staff and equipment upgrades for every business, I always buy supplies and make profit with every sell. And make sure you only sell when your product bar is all the way full
JaBoiMason i have staff upgrade on every business and equipment on my cocaine im saving up to get that rn im at 2.2mil but shouldnt i still be at least profiting some instead of losing 15k regardless of whether i have upgrades or not? Edit: i didnt read that last part does selling a full bar give more for having product similar to special cargo?
This guy is so nice. He loves his fans, he appologizes for making his videos over 10 minutes, he listens to his fans, he helps randoms and friend and he doesn't waste his fans times on usual details. Much respect.
@P. Nice ok I'll had you as soon as I can but I'm level 85 so I do need some help I have bunch of friends but none of them plays GTA so I'll had you tomorrow and we can play
he uses alot more vehicles, like the opressor mk1, and some supercars and various planes. it's how he didnt get burnt out of gta after playing for so long.
The Quantum Breakers he doesn’t play as much as he used to play , since he reached his goal of 1 billion , its not as fun for him anymore , he barely has anything to do in the game , since he kind of like has everything but he plays here and then but he plays other games more now
The Quantum Breakers ye , he still plays here and there cuz he wants to help out everyone that helped him when he was trying to reach his goal ,and now he plays sometimes because he uploades a top 5 video every Saturday , so he needs gameplay for the vid
When enemy AI's are chasing me when I'm exporting a vehicle I just find somewhere with no traffic and shoot them..... after about 3-4waves you can expect a relaxing drive with full profit. Just a tip.
If it's police after you, for example when you steal from the guy being pulled over, have the phone ready when you get into the car. Call Lester and remove the wanted level as it appears. No problems back to warehouse
With all seriousness, I just heard that these vehicles can’t be locked onto in the I/E. Funny story, today I was selling one vehicle and this dude on an oppressor tried so hard to kill me but failed as he can’t lock on. Really goes to show what a lack of skill these griefers have when they can’t use lock on with the oppressor.
@@edzothedon1487 it's not hard at all. Just quickly point the direction were you want the missile to hit and fire. It's so easy that a level 1 could do it
I don’t think that most people wait that long, I think most people sell after 20 hours because then South American imports, pharmaceutical research and cash creation is done
@@Rubinojacobb I’ve never sold nightclub because I bought it just for the terrorbyte but now I have all the best businesses for it so I will get the best nightclub and get all upgrades, is it worth it?
If it weren't for Professional I wouldn't be good at both grinding and pvp. So yeah I'm a tryhard solo player who grinds in solo public sessions. If a cargo griefer comes at me I make they cry in passive or leave the session. My goal is to reach 1 billion and lvl 700. I'm lvl 97 (I used to be lvl 600 but I deleted my character cuz I couldn't complete the navy revolver challenge) and I have 29 million right now.
whenever a griefer blew up one of his shipment they soon to find out he is on another run , and it keep going till the griefer no longer know how to grief him haha
honestly the insurgent marryweather mission is one of my fav because when i get to the drop zone i just get in the mounted gun and feel like an invincible enemy
I have an Xbox, when I am doing this mission I can't figure out how to get into the mounted gun when press y near the back seat it still goes to the front
28:27 - It's better to set your five techs on your nightclub to guns, cargo, coke, meth, and cash permanently (the five most profitable goods), and then just sell everything in your nightclub warehouse every 20 hours rather than wait for it to completely fill up. The reason is coke, cash, and meth stock will fill up in 20 hours. By selling everything every 20 hours, your techs are nearly always sourcing the most profitable goods at all times, and you can just leave them set on the five most profitable goods permanently. No need to change them at all. If you want to try to fill up your warehouse, first you have to own all seven businesses that can be linked. Then you have the situation where some product categories fill up before others. So you either have to do small sales to make more space, you have to transfer your techs to less profitable stock, or you just let them sit there doing nothing. Either way, you're doing more work than you need to be doing, and/or your techs aren't working at their maximum productivity. And the only benefit is that you save a little of Tony's cut on one sale like every 66 hours or so...and best case scenario you only save about $100K on it, which won't make up for the lost productivity you had to endure while waiting. Also, I'm pretty sure the only businesses you need offices for are crate warehouses and import/export warehouses, and the only businesses you need an MC clubhouse for are the MC businesses. The rest you can do when registered as a VIP, so no need for an office or MC clubhouse then.
NailStrafer At how much stock should I sell my Nightclub stuff? I keep it under 99 because i want to keep using the van but not sure if thats the best way to sell.
@@darxis8822 It's actually 90 units of stock to get the Speedo. Any higher than that and you'll have to use the Mule or Pounder. I'm not sure of the exact time, but if you sell at roughly 17-18 hours I think you'll still be under 90 units. The Speedo is far better to drive than the Mule or Pounder, so if that's how you'd prefer to do things I'd say that's totally fine. I do this too sometimes.
@Austin Lebert Cash earns you more money than weed ($7K per hour vs $4.5K per hour on weed). Check this link: www.reddit.com/r/gtaonline/comments/92ghcr/the_nightclub_warehouse_as_true_passive_income/
One addition to import is on missions where enemies spawn there r 4 waves so simply drive the car until enemies show up get out and kill the 4 waves if u want a pristine car
i remember doing my first crate sale in a plane with 11 crates and i didn’t know how to drop the crates so i accidentally ended up jumping out of the plane and lost all the crates
Timestamps for those who's looking for a specific business: 1:15 - Import/Export business 5:50 - Bunker business 11:07 - Hangar business 16:29 - Special/CEO Crates business 20:56 - MC business 26:54 - Nightclub business
Thank you for this. I'm a level 200 but never understood how to use the nightclub. Now I'm up to 15mil and have all my favorite cars and planes fully customized
It’s not only that but its more convenient cause you can just fly over the military base and not have to go all the way around it if it’s in your flight path And when you run the actual hangar business the Fort Zancudo one is better for that because the military protects you from both hostile players and hostile NPCs coming after you while bringing home some crates, and you’re closer to the sale missions, aside from the ones that still spawn in the city but a lot of them are in Sandy/Paleto
I mean you can still easily get wanted in there even with the hangar, it is fun stealing jets and All but it's kinda cool you can finally run around and explore a place where normally it was always forbidden and you weren't really able to do anything
Ha, I messed with a friend like this, kind of. He was about to run a car, and I shot, then I guy walked infront of his car. No damage, but a definite bloodstain
Hey Professional I just wanted to say thank you! You share your ways and strategies with all of us! Most RU-vidrs are selfish and don’t help Subs. Thanks you have helped me out a LOT in GTA online! Thank You!!!
Tip for import export: Invest in a cargobob. It's a bit of a pain to call into Pegasus to access it, but the cargobob can save you a TON in repair costs and you can basically always avoid enemies pumping your car full of lead.
To anyone watching this looking for serious advice, I can vouch for what Pro says about Bunkers. If you Buy Supplies on an empty Bunker, (even if it's fully upgraded), wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for it to convert into Stock and sell in LS for $210,000, you will ALWAYS get a single delivery vehicle, even though the game warns you you might have more. This makes selling in a full lobby very viable to earn extra cash and if you get a good mission like Black Insurgent, Phantom Wedge or even Marshall Off-Roader, using Ghost Organization can last even longer than the mission itself. I went into Gunrunning back in 2017 with $10m.... yesterday, I hit $200m.
nice but you can do the solo friendly missions eg chrome wheel insurgent and phantom wedge with full bunker and get 1.3 mill in full lobby with ghost. if you get any other mission that takes to long just change session. easy money.
Zak Ras I always let it fill to 21k local sale then buy a batch of supplies. It will then produce between 168k to 175k in sandy shores. This is still one truck 252 to 268k in the city
Nice dude I normally get it full so I can sell it along with my mc businesses but after I hit my goal of 100mil I might do that. P.S. I now have 85mil.
For the vehicle business just drive around .25 miles from where you start to make the enemy A.I spawn and kill them they spawn in four waves two enemies each and they only target you not the car (when selling)
The best solo business is nightclub since u can protect ur self. I've killed so many people on opressors who tried coming after me lol. Also u can switch lobby while doing sell mission and u will still have all ur stock For the vehicle cargo keep switching lobby until u find one of those lobby with a few people in it so u can sell ur car without anyone bothering u but don't do it in an empty lobby cuz npc will spawn and shoot at u
Yep, always make sure there's at least one person. Believe me, I nearly crapped myself today when I was in the middle of my vehicle sell mission and the last guy in the lobby left. I was so nervous that the NPCs would start spawning that I drove much faster than I usually would.
@@perrfact The Starling when used right by a skilled pilot is easily the best. But if you aren't into the way that plane works, the Pyro is a solid choice for an all-rounder best aerial fighter.

That quote is the reason he has 726 mil because his spending is lower than his income which nets him a positive. Does he grind more than all of us ? Yes but he also proportionally spends less than us percentage wise.
I want to thank you man for telling me to get all businesses first before spending and now I pretty much have everything important and required thanks man! 🙏
I remember in 1 guide that Professional made said that in Import/Export, when you source a car, and the NPCs spawn, there will be 4 waves of them, maybe less. I tried to follow it, and it worked. When you get the car, drive away until you trigger the NPCs to spawn, and then get out of the car,get away from it and fight the NPCs, they can spawn 1 heli and 1 car or 2 cars but there are only 4 waves of them, so that's 8 vehicles in total. After that you can drive the car back to the warehouse without a srcatch (unless you suck at driving and crash it). I tried it when i started playing GTA, and now i'm still using it, sold a lot of cars without damaging them. One more thing is when you sell them, find a solo public session and try to have one of your friends in that session but don't add them as your associate, so when you sale the cars the NPCs will not spawn, but if you don't have any friends, use the method in the beginning of the comment. P/s: Sorry for the body of words, just want to add some tips that i learned for those of you that wants to do Import/Export. I've been playing GTA for quite some time and everything that i know comes from this channel. Great video like always Professional, keep up the good work.
With both the equipment and staff upgrades, the exact cut-off value for a single vehicle delivery is $175,000 at 1.0 multiplier, which is what is displayed by default and sells for $262,000 at 1.5 multiplier. If you're a solo player, keep that figure in mind and try not to exceed it if you want to keep your deliveries at one vehicle only.
If you do happen to exceed the one vehicle figure, don't fret. Contrary to popular belief, it is actually totally possible to complete a full product sale IF you posses a fast vehicle to get back like the mk2 oppressor AND get either the insurgent single drop-off per vehicle with 4 vehicles scenario, OR the phantom wedge 2 truck scenario. There are 5 possible delivery scenarios in total, so getting one of the above is a 2/5 or 40% chance. Thus, the only con of this method is that you might have quit a few times before you get a favourable scenario. Source: I've done it myself.
GTAVictor9128 In my experience you don’t get the 2 sale missions (the ones you can do solo) as often as math implies. For the last months I haven’t got the phantom wedge sale nearly as often as during all years before and hardly ever the single Insurgent sale (with only 14 minutes time)! I mostly get the 29 minutes long (!) sale where you have to fight Merryweather on 5 stops. It seems that RS secretly has made it even more difficult to make some money in the game.
This is pretty basic math and you don't need any advanced formulas. You just need to dedicate some time for the math: it shouldn't take long if you're going to use a calculator.
I do the hangar with import export and vip works. During the 20 min cooldown after an export, i import a car, do a vip work and source 1 hangar crate. After about an hour I'll have around 3 crates which i can sell quickly for 30,000 during an export cooldown, and its quicker than doing a vip work for 20 000
Got my subscription just for this video solely. Such a great dude. I started gta online a week ago or so (free whoops) and I started CEO crates without watching this video and was wondering how to expand and do more stuff. Keep up the good work dude, you're amazing
One thing I noticed with car export, is when you go for a sale, as soon as you see enemy on minimap, leave car on sidewalk and run away from it while killing enemy. There will be 2-4 waves of enemy, kill them and you safe to drive, no damage taken usually. Doesn't matter if you die, the selling process will proceed :D
as a reasonably new player to GTA5, your videos help out a lot. When I first started I was so overwhelmed with all the businesses and didn't know where to start. (a tutorial or guide would help R*) I appreciate videos like this and for people like you making them. (:
I got the majority of them there as well. As I leave them running to fill my Nightclub while I try to enjoy the game without refilling them, it doesn't really matter anymore.
Thanx bud for all your hard work & these vids, they’ve really helped me a lot learn what/what not to do. My fav part of this particular one (I’m not tryin to troll) is when your voice cracked at 21:10. Made my day. Cheers. Keep it up.
Thank you for making a guide that everyone can understand, personally I focus on the vehicle warehouse but I think now I will start doing CEO crates along with it.
Great video, here’s a tip to avoid damage for vehicle cargo, when your sourcing cars and enemy’s are chasing you, park the car somewhere safe and fight off the enemy there will be 4 waves of them, after you killed them there will be no more for the rest of the drive
One more tip for import/export not listed in this video, never sell low and med range cars. When you fill the garage up with them every car you get will be a high-end car.
I have the full warehouse except for the 811. This is the only car that i work with. I just run like crazy with this car. If i didnt fail, i shouldnt get more than 2000 while importing and 2000 while exporting solo.
@@alexpapanik2348 if you're on an iPad or any bigger touchscreen, it doesnt but if you're on a phone, DO NOT update youtube if theres an update. IF you haven't yet, I am only assuming now
5:20 to avoid vehicle damage just get out the car as soon as npc span. There are 4 waves. Just get in and out of car to spawn each wave once started. I sell import/export full sale price all the time.
Not limited to planes (or at least wasn’t, but not sure now), I’ve run into the problem myself multiple times with the truck as well. It used to be that *ALL* sell missions with multiple drops would *ALWAYS* bug out on one of the last drops in the second vehicle. So the only thing you could do whenever you saw multiple drops was to immediately destroy one of the trucks when you spawned outside your warehouse. Luckily I have gotten compensation from rockstar a few times from lost cargo (I’ve always attached some video proof to them filming my controller and monitor trying to drop the crate) so they seem to _somewhat _ care at least. But not enough to properly patch it.
Been getting that bug all week, every time I got plane sell mission. And it kinda makes me frustrated, because of the 2x reward. I gotta lose one crate to get another sell mission.
Nevanada not always. Most of the time there’s NPCs. But sometimes you’ll get lucky and you won’t have anyone. Or it’ll be the SPEED type missions (keep car above certain speed to keep from blowing up) which don’t have NPC enemies.
You can do full bunker sale all by yourself. You just find a new session when you dont get the 1 drop black and grey insurgents or the 2 phantom wedges. You'll lose a small bit of stock each time you find a new session, but the amount of time you'll save avoiding doing multiple bunker sale missions a day is worth it. Would only recommend doing the sales in low population lobbies or better yet public-solo lobbies though.
"I don't really have friends at the moment" Finally somebody I can relate to Edit: holy crap thanks for the 70 likes and sorry for all the people that wanted to play with me but I have been kinda busy lately. When it comes to the car sales, I have found out due to other people, (Who I can't remember at the moment) there are 3-4 waves of enemies. Once you take out those waves, there won't be anymore chasing you. That allows to hide the care nearby while you deal with them so you don't lose any profit. I assume you know this, but just in case *Edit: I forgot to say thank you for making these fantastic guides. You have helped me get the most out of GTA. Please keep up the good work and stay safe during these times.
Yes. I only source top range cars. The enemies will spawn in 4 waves (both the racers and bodyguard enemies). Once you clear out the 4th wave, they will stop spawning. I don't know how many waves spawn when sourcing mid-low range cars. Same also goes for enemies that spawn in vehicle sell missions, but they only appear when you're in an empty public lobby. They spawn in a maximum of 4 waves.
It's also possible to avoid damage with the Cargobob. Lift cars high enough; any ground pursuers can't hit you. Likewise you lose height flying the car, but start high enough and pursuing heli's won't catch up to you (NPC Enemies seem to wait till you leave a 3D sphere from your start-point). You can also often skip "drive over X speed while we disarm a bomb" sequences (where the car's parking allows hooking on), and saves picking up the Cargobob in the "headed offshore" barge ones. I won't argue it's rational let alone best practice; it's tricky to hook onto some cars, I'm guessing overall significantly slower, and you'll only save a few thousand in avoided damage, but I still tend to use the Cargobob.
This is great you have helped me over the past years with my businesses and decision making in the game such as investing in businesses first thanks 👌🏼
