The name SM722 is Rockstars way of paying homage to Stirling Moss (SM) who drove a Mercedes race car back in the 50s with the number 722. The car is based on the Stirling Moss SLR so the name is actually really creative
exactly these non car people annoy me. most of the vehicles & names of vehicles. are parodies or homage to the actual vehicle. whoever is responsible for creating the vehicles at rockstar deserves ALOT of credit. for their artistic eye & knowledge of automotive history.
I heard the Turismo R is being exploited somehow, so Rockstar replaced it with the Itali GTO. I like how if it's a money glitch then they'll patch it on day one
They literally made a better showroom in the LS car meet than the dealership. In the LS car meet they always released 3 vehicles: 2 of the recent DLC and 1 dripfeed car that was only available for a test drive untill the following week. If they made something similiar with the car dealership it would've been amazing
There is also a new mission for the CEO special cargo warehouse where in order to get your crates you have to fetch some documents from containers on the bottom of the sea. The problem isn‘t getting the documents. But you can‘t get out of the water without dying. There are 3 helicopters above you and you can‘t dive deeper to get away. So as soon as you get into shallower water you‘ll die before you have the chance to stand up and shoot at the helicopters and even then you have the chance to die a few more times until you reach a car or your mk2. And for the resupply missions, R* makes it annoying so you don‘t do the missions but buy supply instead so you have to buy shark cards to compensate. But R* is not good at math, because the time you spent to do five resupply missions to get one full supply bar, you can easily make more than 75,000 GTA$ with payphone hits alone.
Yeah I heard of that mission it’s good to have new missions but I feel most mission could be more enjoyed if rockstars damn Ai wasn’t so accurate most of them are just their to waste your time frustrate you.
@@darthjarjar5309 I think BST doesn’t work anymore when you get out of the water, because the underwater part takes about 2 to 3 min depending on how may containers you have to open. And I‘m not sure if Merryweather Backup is available or will help, because those helicopters respawn very quickly. But I will give it a try the next time when special cargo sales is on double money.
Actually in the beginning the Luxury one had the Turismo R, but if you bought the Criminal Pack you paid it less, but you could sell it "full" price, so they removed the car because people used this glitch
Let's be honest the only reason we can even go into Simons and not the new luxury auto's is because they already had an interior for Simon's dealership if it didn't they would have been just as lazy with it as the were with luxury auto's
The Stirling Moss isn't in most games because of the licencing issue's. So consider yourself lucking that it is in the game. Cause other games barely have it.
They removed the Turismo R because it had a money glitch. You see, certain players can get the Turismo R for free, but when they buy it, it's $23,000 for the customizations, BUT when you go to sell it, it would sell for $343,000, or 60% of its value. All people had to do was buy it for $23,000 and sell it for $343,000. Certain players can buy the Turismo R for free (I think it is like the Criminal Enterprises Starter Pack or something like that)
My Rockstar logics are with the new update, when I read the patch notes, I thought we would be able to purchase armor and snacks from the interaction menu. We can do it with ammo, why not those. Second one being we are 9 years into the game and we still can't rearrange our contacts on our phones. I just want to have the mechanic and Lester as my first 2 contacts. Another is not having a direct bank app for easy deposits instead of having to go through the internet. Yes it's all in the sake of convenience but oh well. My last one is an older gripe. It is the fact armor sucks in this game. You pay 400 plus for max level armor only to have it depleted in 2 or 3 shots. It's suppose to be bullet proof armor or heavily resistant armor and it's gone after a couple shots, with the max armor, you should be able to tank atleast 15 shots at a minimum before it's gone because any less, what's the point. Armor used to be good but I've noticed 3 or 4 years ago after an update, it became worthless. Especially on newer missions and heists.
Adding a radio to be used outside of a vehicle would be super easy too. If you can do it by job teleporting then I assume it's pretty close to being able to do anyway
This update isn't much more than the car meet update. Car meet gave us cars we can test drive this update gave us cars we can test drive. This update gave us missions and cars.
I was buying special cargo and I don't know if it's a new mission for it with the next dlc but it's so annoying, like the most rage inducing thing I've dealt with so far. So you go out to the water, dive down from your boat and open the containers and when you get all 3 their is helicopters shooting you down if you try to swim back up to your boat, and then I died and they came to where I spawned and shot me down again before I could use my homing missile and then I did end up locking on eventually and it missed like 5 times with deaths in between, and then I had to go to 3 other places before I could get my 3 special cargo crates and my time ran out a mile away.. this game never fails to amaze me
The mission with the Helicopter and hacking the plane while you're trying to switch back to the rockets cause you can't do both, I believe its made like that because Rockstar was thinking there will always be atleast 2 people doing missions. That way one shoots the AI and the other is hacking, but then some people just like to do the missions alone like myself.
I always love these Rockstar logics. I also questioned the reason for Rockstar pulling the headlight fuses on the limos. Then yesterday I was driving the Schafter V8 and the headlights were on! I couldn’t believe it. Rockstar fixed the issue. But then today, I drove both limos and not only did they pull the headlight fuses again but this time they cut the wiring as well. How much effort really needs to be required for resupply missions??? There’s a simple solution, just don’t do them. But what’s the point of Rockstar adding more content when they have to know that most of this stuff will only get played once, if that? That’s great that we have new resupply missions for the Nightclub too but you hope to get one of the older missions, as it’s much faster or you don’t have to drive to the other side of the map with a vomiting patron in the back, and not be in a hurry to get the guy to the hospital. “Sorry pal. I know you’re sicker than a dog back there but I don’t want to risk getting a speeding ticket as I take you to the hospital to get your stomach pumped. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you return to my club again. Tell your friends!”
They did do Turismo R but it was players that had a discount on it or got it for free. The few players that caught it were buying garages full and reselling for full resale price, rockstar fixed that within hours of release of the dealership
The reason why the Turismo R was replaced is because Rockstar realized that someone was trying to do a glitch. It's more like a rockstar f up then a Rockstar logic.
how about the favt that (at least form my testing) theres not even a way to equip the apple earbuds from the interaction menu like very other asscessorie, you have to go to your house or to a store to equip them
Bro that resupply mission for my bunker was literally the very first resupply mission I did for the bunker when the new update came out and it was so annoying I died like four times trying to hack that f****** plane

People were getting the car for around 27k from criminal enterprise pack, and selling it for over 300k. They were stocking garages full of them just to do this glitch
To be fair about the tony calling a limousine part they are using the German meaning of the word Limousine which means you are simply calling in a sedan if it were a Lengthened wheelbase version then they may have used the term “Pullman Limousine” additionally Simeon’s dealership it’s not that big correct (obviously) also I’m fine with the cars there being “Old” the older cars can arguably still hold their own
The bunker resupply mission that was added with this update is why i stopped doing bunker resupply. I played it a total of 3 times, each time i failed the mission, it was impossible to complete
Yeah I caught that with the lights not working on the limo real fast lol also socks are showing up on the outside of your pants if you try to wear sports shoes. It looks goofy as hell lol
I find it funny that so many people are making fun of Rockstar for putting the wrong car in the dealership but when I first logged on when they were added it was the right car
That new Bunker resupply mission is the reason I just buy supplies now. That mission pissed me off so much that I swore I would never do another resupply mission again.
Buzzards are really annoying like this one mission for special cargo it’s impossible to dodge them because you’re in water and can’t shoot back but if you are even on land it’s useless
The truismo r was in the shop for 2 hour the ppl that had the criminal enterprise pack were buying it for 32k and were able to sell it for its base price of 330k so they had to switch it out
Yeah...R* logic makes me love to hate them and hate to love them... The SM722 is actually based on a real life car and to their credit - R* - did a pretty good job at replicating it in-game... Now it's a dickmobile... like the shape or not take it with the Mercedes designers in this case R* just brought it to our online universe...yep it sucks we can't wear our helmets in a car with no roof... it's the same with the other car with no roof I can't think of the name of it now... Dealerships... yeah, kind of disappointing... Calling Tony for the limo that's not a limo and with no driver and with the lights not working... same as with calling a car from Agent 14, lights not working... I've submitted already a bug report to R* and they've replied back to me asking me to send them a video of what I'm experiencing... like it's so hard to see for themselves just in-game doing it... you guys send them videos I don't have the patience for that...
I can sure tell he wasn't on the moment the dealerships came out cuz yes it was the torismo r but they changed it a few hours later because people were buying it for very cheap and then selling it for like 300k so no they didn't get the newswire wrong they just didn't change the screenshot
The only good thing about the recent DLC’s rockstar have put out is the models of the IRL cars they have been spot on and look almost identical to their real life counterparts. But everything else has been so shit.
Wow Saintsfan…you’re finally saying what I’ve been trying to tell you for years now! Rockstar SUCKS! ALL of the OG founders are gone…what’s left is a pile of sh*t trying to run things! Almost everything in he Summer Quality of Life Update (because you need substantial content to call it a DLC) we as a community were begging for, for 7 years at least! But Rockstar wouldn’t do them because the game was popular and we put up with it! But no longer! The decisions of the past year have opened players’ eyes! The failed Trilogy Remastered…putting Sony first over its own player base by making Expanded and Enhanced 9th gen only during a massive semiconductor shortage making 9th gen consoles impossible to get (millions of abandoned players as a result)…GTA+ as a substitute to losing millions in shark card revenue since 8th gen players had nothing to buy…lying to us about GTA 6 (making us believe kit is in development…but refusing to tell us GTA 6 is in development…sounds fishy)…and now this quality of life update to try to get players back or keep more from leaving. They only added vehicles in the hopes it would drum up shark card sales…I hope it doesn’t! This update was damage control at its best! Player numbers actually down…and those playing only doing Cayo Perico! Online was becoming a one trick pony…and I’m sure investors were not pleased…so, Rockstar nerfed Cayo Perico and are FORCING players to play other game modes…bad business! Rockstar is lost and hopes we will bail them out. I say we refuse!
The test cars and the LStrack and the new car shop are only there as advertising to buy even more. It's a psychological thing because after you've tested or 'seen' the car you eventually want it. That's how it works in a gamer's brain. It's just marketing and ultimately adds nothing to the game. Just another reason that people are going to buy shark cards. Just think about that. Do you really want to earn money: buy Kosatka and go do Cayo. It's just a tip.
Actually limousines do not have to be "stretched" version to be limousine. noun: limousine; plural noun: limousines a large, luxurious automobile, especially one driven by a chauffeur who is separated from the passengers by a partition. This is the literal definition, doesn't need say anything about requiring it to be a long boy, just a large vehicle. I'd say a Schafter V12 counts as a large vehicle. Although it still isn't a limo because there is no chauffeur nor are they separated from the passengers by a partition. I guess you could make another player do, then you'd almost have a limo. *Glitches sign into center of vehicle as makeshift partition. "Limo now, b*tch!"
Rockstar at this point is like the guy that plugs their ears when you present them a better idea. I would like to eolo Cayo at hard mode and pay 50000 GTA bucks instead of waiting around to get it. It was so frustrating to wait for it only to have no room to be president or CEO and have to switch sessions only to get normal mode. I don't know if it's just me or they only nerfed it to where you can only activate it in co-op. If someone can confirm this that would be great, and I already know about the three in game day wait.
Its a Rockstar Logic that they reopened Simeon's because there is a single player event where you can go there as Michael later in he game and trash his business, in fact you can kill him.
Also that car is a super rare car based off a real car and I do like it but I do have to agree we should be able to use a helmet... or my beer hat I always wear.

Best R* logic is cayo patching replay glitch, they really want you to play their game how they want you to play it. They took away the only way to make decent amount of money without having to sit and play the damn game for 8 hours straight for F%#@ sake
They should make it where you can call the cops off you AND make the cops turn blind eye. I hate it when I’m in a PVP can’t I can’t do both before the enemy spawns back in, you can do 1 or another.

I don't know when it happened, but they have removed the ability to cusotmise Import Export vehicles when selling them. Talk about pointless self defeating nerfs. I always assumed a large part of the purpose of import/export vehicles, same as auto shop was so you can get a feel for the cars and that would maybe make you want to buy them. Worked for me for a couple. But now you are down to a respray and bulletproof tyres.
They changed the showroom vehicle because of a money glitch, check obese giraffe’s video. Some of the mods on the sm722 look nice but behind the seats looks weird. I am visually impaired so I can’t drive in first person. I’ll buy it for that and the handling.:).
Imagine being the newbie with the bunker and the game just says Ok grab your non existent aircraft Does this mission even give you a aircraft when you die Or is the newbie in mind have to drive all the way to a airfield to get one
I did buy that GTO and upgraded it but left it basically looking just like the showroom car. I've been driving it around just to show how rich I am. lol
