The Ultralight is actually really fun to fly, as well. If you just want to relax, just fly around with the muffled propeller and fly around at slow speed enjoying the scenery... And not being on the radar.
7:44 Keep in mind if you’re trying to bait an orbital strike, the kosatka is very good for this. A strike will cost the other player $750k, give them a 45 minute cooldown and it doesn’t count as a kill. Also, if you have 2 people in a kosatka, you can surface, fire a guide missile, and then the driver can submerge to go off radar while the missile is flying
The Thruster is also one of the few weaponised vehicles that can be used in passive mode. You can't use the weapons but you can still use the countermeasures.
Extra honorable mention: the Ultralight has a really small hitbox (I think that's what it's called). I can drive the Ultralight into the Subways before without crashing the wings. It's fun.
@MANN Well, you can't drive it like a car, but it controls on the ground the same as any other non-heli aircraft in the game. If you go slow, keep the wheels on the ground, and use LB/RB (Xbox) L1/R1 (PS), you can move forward and have very limited steering. That's what I meant by "driving."
@@isaiahpero7837 for aircrafts "driving" on the ground there is a term "taxiing" if im correct 👍 Worth to mention, that VTOLs on hover mode can "drive too! Just put full propelling downward + tilting nose up = forward / down = reverse
The FH-1 HUNTER that came out with the smugglers run DLC also has those same same missile projectiles (modles). And for those people who are wondering if the thurster is glitched No it isn't. It is just a simple mistake at rockstar because when they Designed the final mission of act 3 near the end of the mission where you have to kill Avon rockstar made it where his thruster has a little bit more hit box than usual and that is why you can't blow him up with the second you get out of his base because your missiles will keep exploding behind his back thus not killing him. However rockstar forgot to remove this "feature " from the free roam thruster. Sorry if my English is bad.
@@Amr_Wael2020 nah you right. It’s because of the hit box. That’s cool to know why it’s like they. I only did doomsday once and don’t remember it much. Those other projectiles I think because they’re larger, will blow up closer to the player (negating how the smaller hit box affects regular homing missiles) Maybe even strike directly but I’ve never tried to test /record / study the results to say for sure.
Apparently, it's a hitbox bug with the thruster. The Akula, Hunter and the Chernobog can hit the thruster because of their big missiles. To counter the thruster, going in a straight line, use a weaponized vehicle with big missiles like the Akula.
For the Sparrow pilots: you can auto land your Sparrow at your Office, Agency, or Casino and when you exit back to the roof your Sparrow will basically be replaced with a new one that doesn't have the helicopter icon but is still persistent and won't de-spawn if you go to far. The biggest advantage to this is that if it gets destroyed (or not) you can immediately call in a new Sparrow without waiting for the timer to cool down. So if it isn't destroyed, you could have two persistent Sparrows on the map for whatever reason if you wanted to. It's just handy to use the Sparrow and be able to get a replacement without waiting.
@@ollibon you get a 2nd Sparrow by doing this.... it is a "bug" glitsh ... when you call in Sparrow and land on Agency ... it gets put back in Kosatka but you can still further use it and call in the one just stored in Kosatka.. good for play with friends?
There's another hidden ability the Thruster has, you can fly it while in passive mode even if you put weapons on it. I think it's the only weaponized vehicle you can fly in passive mode.
Yeah, I found out by accident. My friend who was in passive mode borrowed mine to fly to the casino and back to me. The Thruster never forced him out of passive mode, like most other weaponized vehicles do. And mine has homing rockets!
Another thing with the Ultralight is you can use it in Passive Mode if it has no weapons. I also have two Deluxos, one without weapons, which can be flown as Passive too. Very few vehicles allow you flight in Passive Mode.
I also have two Deluxos for that reason. Also because if you have a mission where you have to find a vehicle on a radar and then stop it when you find it, it's easier to be able to fly straight to the point rather than drive and once you get there you can use regular guns to shoot the driver.
The Toreador does not come with sonar... it is using the sonar you have to add/buy inside the Kosatka ( costs $ 1.2 million ) ... but yes it is very usefull for those daily items underwater
@@l-SlimReaper-I That if you just buy a Toreador you can't use that sonar option... pushing the rightstick when you either don't own a Kosatka ( or the Sonarupgrade in the Kosatka ) doesn't do anything... yes underwater beeps can be heard when close to hidden cashes but sonar does nothing.
I was once accused of being in God Mode by some kid in an oppressor just because he wasn't able to blow me up while I was in the cab of my MOC 😂 I even distracted a griefer in my MOC when I had a bounty on my head by texting them something to the lines of "You can have my bounty if you can kill me" and I did that to bait him or her away from griefing other players. It didn't stop them from griefing, but it took their attention away from others and that was an impromptu way of helping other players not die
What I liked to do with the hidden caches when I used to pick them up was use the toreador to ping them and then mark them with the point of intrest marker (can mark up to a certain amount of places, not just 1). Then switch to the seabreeze with scuba gear on and collect it like that.
The ability to rappel out of helicopters is slept on so hard, in my opinion. I wish more people took advantage of that feature The way I see it, it's a far more effective way to drop people off on rooftops that way than it is to attempt a landing and risk damaging the chopper to the point of kickstarting the aircraft's death clock.
Thank you for the vid 😊 I didnt know in valkyrie shooter can swap sides. Also the dropping stars lvl with stealth choppers is a good advantage in casino preps. Losing stars by entering in special vehicles gets its logic cause they all have cutscene interiors. A nice feature is also that ambulance gives instant full health, whilst the noose van gives instant full armor.
With the recent addition of the Raiju and it also having stealth mode, I can confirm that it too drops you down to a 2-star wanted level when entering it just like the Akula and Stealth Annihalator.
The Toreador is the oppressor killer. I am thoroughly impressed with it. I used to get lucky about 30% of the time with the scramjet and take out the mk 2 idiots. Now I'm up on the battles and confident. Start a fight with me on your broomstick and I'll have you follow me to the ditch.
I use the Akula to drop to 2 stars and then go to the Style menu and change sunglasses (to remove my mask) and drop to 1 star. This really helps speed up the wanted level timer.
Because of you, I've been called a modder a ton of times because of my Thruster jetpack. When they get destroyed by one of my friends, starts what I called the "jetpack time" which is taking them down mercilessly with the manual missiles of the jetpack. It's by far, my favorite PvP vehicle alongside helis like the Sparrow, the Buzzard, the Anihilator Stealth and, obviously, the Savage. Also, the Toreador/Stromberg sonar is perfect for locating those submerged Kosatkas that are spamming missiles at you, and blowing them up with the torpedos.
2:02 the sonar is actually a shared feature of the Kosatka. You have to buy the Kosatka's sonar station for it to work with the Toreador (1.2 million).
If you have a good helmsman and missile operator, the stealth capability of the submarine can be really good alongside the cruise missiles to mess with griefers. You keep the submarine moving and only surface for short intervals to allow missile launches and dive again and move to another location, if you're good, you'll be difficult to counter without an orbital cannon.
13:40 "there's not that many places that you can hide" Assuming your arcade is located in La Mesa, you can drive on the train tracks into the tunnel on the way to arcade and wait for the wanted level to disappear. I don't see why you have to complicate it with the Sparrow like you did in the video or with the Akula.
I knew all of these, including the honorable mentions, except for the Thruster one. Mostly because that is clearly a bug and not and intentional feature, so that's good to know
Little thing for the thruster you can get kill by big missiles (chernobog missiles akula auto lock…) if it have big missiles it can destroy you and the rappel from the annihilator you can do it with other chopper like the police chopper or other chopper
Special Special mention: You can also lose any wanted level by entering the LS Car Meet. Very useful if you’re delivering Special cargo and get cops chasing you. It’s close to Terminal too, so it’s not much of a detour.
@@marius2361 not instantly, and you may not pass by a property, whereas the LS Car meet is usually on the way to the destination, depending on where your warehouse is.

The ultralight can definitely be used to grief, I personally used it before, it does the same damage or more than the weaponized Tampa, even and long ranges. Like idk how they that strong, plus you get off the radar.
Honestly an honourable mention can be the bombuskha and other vehicles being able to store other vehicles in there cargo. I know it’s very impractical to do it but anytime I get motorcycle sales I just put them in the back of it because it’s more fun to pretend like I’m actually delivering cargo that way. One of the reasons I wish we could buy the cargo plane.
@@derekwilhelm1555 you can still do it as long as you don’t have weapons on the Bombushka. It seems Rockstar only patched the Bombushka door when the cannons are added.
For the Vault Lasers casino prep military version, the terrorbyte side entrance is an absolute saviour as you get 4 star wanted level instantly when firing upon the soldiers guarding the vault laser, which means never ending noose and dual police choppers potentially spawn trapping you.
Somehow almost no player seems to know that rappelling works with a ton of helicopters. The Maverick and the Frogger can do it, as does the normal Annihilator. Maybe some others I am forgetting rn.
Similarly to the Valkyrie the APC allows you to switch from driver to main gunner while the vehicle isn't moving. Useful for solo viability And the newer F-160 Raiju also shares the stealth feature with the other two helicopters And something which a lot of players dont know just like the technical aqua the zhaba and the APC both can floot on water
the thruster also has a strafe ability which points you straight up and the left joystick(Xbox&PS) move you in a direction instead of tilting you. you can also turn by just moving your camera. to enable it is hold down the bumpers that turn you.
Disclaimer: with the thruster you can only dodge smaller missiles if the missile model is bigger like the hunter,pyro,b11,AA-trailer,Chernbog, or etc any missile model that’s a medium to large size will hit but you your safe with other missiles just don’t let the missile wrap around and hit you anywhere else as that’s how I usually kill thrusters with the scramjet.
12:00 about this point you mentioned, as heli's stealth mode can decrease wanted level to 2, it is worth to admit the fact you can also wear up your glasses in quick menu accessories ([M] on keyboard) to simply remove another 1 star instantly (when you have none on face and pick one, that works. But when you change existing one -it might not, or even bring back the Wanted level) lesser level lasts shorter :)
I think this glasses trick wont work when someone is sitting in a vehicle with you (as stronger Wanted level overrides for everyone in the same vehicle, thats my thought) if so, they should wear up them in exact same time as you do, which is impossible to synchronise everyone.

the ultralight is the most underrated stealth vehicle in the game. quick takeoff, freeaim gun that does good vehicle dps, and on PC its bugged so that as long as u dont press W ur off radar
Here's a bonus: after you request your AA trailer, the person driving the stock pickup-truck towing it can do so in passive, while the gunner can remain in the fight!
Just a little note for the thruster: In my experience it can't dodge "big" missiles like Chernobog and Akula missiles (Akula missiles are for some reason a bit longer than usual)
The thruster doesn't actually avoid all vehicle missles, I believe the ones fired from the hunter and the Chernobog have a long enough hit box to blow you up
For those who don’t know, there is a factor that determines if a missile can hit the thruster or not. This factor is the missiles 3D model, and thus hitbox. Due to the way homing missiles in the game are coded, only the missiles with a larger hitbox can hit the thrusters small hitbox while locked on. Vehicles that have homing missiles capable of taking out the thruster in high speed level flight are: FH-1 Hunter (hellfire missile model) RF-1 Akula (hellfire missile model) B-11 Strikeforce Annihilator Stealth (again, hellfire missiles) Chernobog Kostaka guided missiles (same as the chernobog). They are the only vehicles in the entire game that can take out the thruster in high speed level flight with guided missiles. There, if you didn’t know, now you do.
Something to mention about the Akula, and the stealth annihilator is that if you get in one with a high star wanted level for ex a 5 star then activate the stealth mode on either helicopter then It will go down to a 2 star instantly
You know the other propeller upgrade on the Ultralight? It actually makes the thing insanely fast at high altitude (like 2 or 3 bars on the altimeter). It can be a little finicky and not always work, but it easily becomes the fastest thing in the game when it gets up to speed. Also incredibly uncontrollable. Only goes straight, takes an entire Los Santos to make a U-Turn, and trying to go back down to low altitudes (so you can have normal ultralight handling and land) is fucking dangerous, lol.
Depending on what armor you have on the vehicle, the Half-Track windows are bullet proof(I don't mean bullet resistance as in it will break after a certain amount of shots and will instantly break with FMJ rounds, I mean bullet proof as in it will NEVER break no matter how many rounds are placed in it and even with FMJ rounds). this is of course a glitch, but it's much more fair than god mode speedo and can even help combat it as the machine gun bullets wont be able to kill you and you can shoot right through their window killing them.
Not vehicle-related, but you van lose a star by switching from a mask to sunglasses. If you start the mission w mask on you can change it while in the heli
It's kinda funny when the cops aren't a problem anymore when you can just use some of these abilities to instantly lose them. A GTA game where cops are literally a joke. lol

Also about the ultralight, the wings dont actually have a hit box, so as long as the body of thr plane doesn't hit anything you eill be fine, the wings clip right through buildings and cars
Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the chernobog and hunter missiles can still blow you up. I’m 100% sure about the chernobog because of how big the missiles are and their explosive size will big enough to hit the player and thruster
I used to use the Kotsaka to get into stealth somewhere secluded in the sea and a bit deep too (just not too deep or it explodes lol) so it be also physically hard to find and almost no griefers or even modders got to me while I AFK in the sub. It was cool! There other place was the LS Car meet where you AFK in the menu on leaving the test tracks which not only lets you AFK but hides you from the map. I had a modder friend who also could not find me and was asking me where did I go? I don't use that anymore since I got my rep to max already. However that was before you could do all you stuff in Invite only lobbies. and I recently got an Akula too since the price is was going up, I'll may try that wanted level reducer too.
if anyone didn't know the toreador could be used to find hidden caches, then they probably also don't know that the toreador can go off radar by submerging deep enough..
The MOC thing is a bug for sure, I remember going into one with a 3 star wanted level a long time ago when it first came out, didn't lose the level. did it both on foot and in a car
Another hidden feature for kosatka is when the submarine is submerged underwater u will be off radar until kosatka comes up, not sure if orbital cannon can locate
Don't forget the Toreador is a 4 seater so you and 3 friends can all collect the under water cache's at the same time. You can take it in turns whose car you use and the other 3 can go AFK and still get the awards.
9:28 the guided missiles on the sub also will not destroy any plane or helicopter if you hit the very back of the plane or helicopter the missile almost seems to bounce back before exploding
