GTA: SA with Half-Life Movement Speedrun  

finally returning to this game, some new strats and optimizations are included. Some new strats are still being found unique to this mod, so there is a good chance that we can see sub 3:30 without duping at this rate. It feels great to run this mod again, stay tuned for hopefully some new PB's!
FYI since people have asked, I do not intend on duping in this category as that would cut out a ton of the movement, this category is in line with NMG.
