17:28 he wasn't unknown or brian, he was Sweet in beta version. And he is way more taller than kendl, so i can confirm it was sweet. Also sweet's beta model is shown in the beta version, which we can play, and the model looks similar with the male in the picture, but Brian's model never shows, he was dead in 1987,Cj ran away and the story of gta sa took place in 1992, 5 years later, fan start to make the brian's model, we can't confirm which is the accurate ones, but in the picture, that was Sweet.

It actually beta Sweet. At the loading screen artworks, you can see big smoke driving a car named Savanna while Sweet and Ryder Shoots Balla' car named Blade (Savanna's Twin). The grey shirted guy with black bean hat is Sweet

7:36 i also found a place like that in front of grove streets with those houses with garages under the bridge in ballas territory, you can hire gang members there and they can jump inside it so you can hang out in there in a six star wanted level

The male in the photo is the Beta version of Sweet. As for Brian, I was under the impression he was killed by Ballas most likely and CJ let him die, due to the beta dialogue of Big Bear in “Beat Down on B Dup”. He stated “lil Brian got caught up.” However I’d like to see the source of info stating the car crash of Brian and CJ. It’d be nice to have some closure on it.

Do you know that in GTA vice city Tommy's mansion is inspired by the 1980s movie *SCARFACE* EVERYTHING IS SIMILAR.. mansion' s red carpets, and design...the most similar thing is the CCTV camera screen it is same as the movie..the pictures or photos in the screen are taken from the movie' s CCTV screen. Jizzy, research about it..
