Actually, the suicidal photographer walks towards the nearest pedestrian path and that is across the lake. Since the game is so old, AI is not the best and the peds cant dodge the water.

This guy is driving good in gta while me I just bumped everything whoever goes on my way

6:05 A simpler theory is that they're already suicidal long before the player sees them and they just want some pictures of the view there before letting the river claim their lives.

Stairs breathing is CJ's. It means that you hide. I remembered it as I watched my little brother playing mission at Mad Dogg mansion back in 2007. I'm surprised it was pointed as mystery more than 10 years after :\

14:43 The heavy breathing comes from CJ himself and its a sound indication that you have entered an Invisible/Hidden state which disallows NPC's to see you. This feature occurs once u enter a shadow spot in a building zone and its also indicated by fading the color of your Character Icon on your minimap. This technique gets explained during one of your missions, where you have to steal Madd Dogg's Rhymes.

Dude the "scary breathing sound" is just what happens when you go in the shadows. in the mission where u steal the rhyme book, when u go into the shadows it makes that sound. It probably makes that sound on the stairs cause the game has glitches.

Did you know that if theres no water or the water level is too high(im talking about mods..if the water level is too high the peds are gonna spawn under water and act normally..like there is no water)the "suicidal photographer...will continue going straight and will fall off the cliff and will land on the sea bed causing him to die...but..i have tried installing a mod in which some peds are more powerful and i have tried it again...the ped survived after the fall and continued going straight...and he went straight..till a point where a taller obstruction on the other side of the bridge stopped hum..but from there he just started to walk against the wall...and thats pretty much it...he doesnt get scared of gun shots and even if you hit him..hes not gonna react In my opinion Rockstar decided to give up on his coding and leave it as it is...hes gonna stand on his knee and play the taking a photo animation...and then..go back to normal ped behaviour...and becuse this ped wasnt following a path...he doesnt know what hes supposed to do...so he just goes straight... I have tested this on my phone ,can you beleive it xD

These videos bring back memories of the old myth mods. I remember having goosebumps after seeing the modded Bigfoot for the first time. That was until it got close and started punching CJ like a normal aggressive ped, which kinda ruined it for me. lol. As for the suicidal photographers, I once tried using a ped spawner to spawn random peds on the same location. All of them ended up walking into their deaths. It's probably a broken pre-programmed path that Rockstar forgot to fix or deliberately left unfixed to mess with us.

How did the SWAT tank was parked in the grove street? I know the only way to get this car is park in CJ house garage in "End of the line" mission and destroy it while garage door are closed with grenades or satchel charges (because all cars are auto-repairing in garage).

You can find the ghost cars from Flint County near Lil Probe Inn, too. I've also found a gay couple holding hands in San Fierro (two black pedestrians), near Katie's house

You can unlock cars by entering on the passenger side too. Also my favorite car was the monster truck thingy but the big satellite and the dunes buggy. I would use a tank and aim backwards shooting rockets to get a boost lol, also use a tank to push the bullet proof admiral to a garage and restore it or any vehicle back to life
