When they remastered it, it became the GTA San Andreas the ( Defective edition ). I noticed that leaves are floating in mid air. Cop uniforms are now grey colored, ballad look way different. And the glass on vehicles are now blue colored and vehicle bumpers float in mid air after I hit it. Doors on vehicles glitches to opposite the other direction. Whole game is defective edition.... Along with GTA 3 and vice city...

It even provided us with great mods (that T2 mostly took down) But I'll be honest again, GTA IV is the best HD Game, and GTA SA is The Best 3D Game, Hell, They're both better than GTA V

I remember my sisters friend came over and brought her PS2 and my sister let me play this and I was only like 3 because it was right when this game came out, then my sister got it for our computer and I played it some, then when I was like 9 I bought a PS2 and I played The Who game, then way later I got it only iPod and I played it some, then like 4 years ago I beat the entire game again on my iPad, now I have the definitive edition on PC and I’m like 2 thirds done with the game but my game is glitched and I can’t get out of the train so I can’t play it now

You're lucky. My mom and step-dad wouldn't let me play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas until I was at least 17 years old. They let me play GTA III and Vice City, but San Andreas was off-limits.

I had such a blast playing through this game on the Nintendo Switch. Even with the flaws, it's still the same classic game I played years ago on my PlayStation 2, and I'm happy I got the opportunity to play through it once again on a portable console (and from Nintendo, no less).

@@ghosty3034 That's unfortunate. But I only ever played the Definitive Editions on Nintendo Switch, and they run well enough for the most part with the latest patch. I already finished Vice City and San Andreas and didn't encounter any serious bugs other than random crashes, though they became much less common with the updates. But yeah, I'll gladly take the original versions any day when it comes to PC. At least the system requirements and file size aren't ridiculously high for them.

I know this game got alot of backlash. But me personally, I enjoyed playing it again. Yeah some of the faces could have been made better and still kept all the original cheat codes for it. But other than that I really thought it was good. Still the best GTA game of all time

My favorite game, I played many side missions, such as: Burglary, Ambulance and tagging. I remember increasing the weapon skills the only way to do that is going to Ammu-nation shooting range, it has 7 locations: Downtown Los Santos, LS Palomino Creek, Red County Blueberry, Red County Ocean Flats, San Fierro El Quebrados, Tierra Robada Come-A-Lot, Las Venturas Old Venturas Strip, Las Venturas

"Fixed" is a rather loose term for this game... I'd say "polished" is a more appropriate word. After all, one can only polish a turd so much. If only Rockstar made the remasters themselves, maybe these "Definitive Editions" would have the potential to be actually good and also be faithful to the original games.
