● Enter the Libertonian.
● Meet Niko at the goods entrance.
● Escape from the Libertonian.

@@Jack.Martson But what mattered was that at the end, Niko and Luis were both fighting the Russians and won, killing Dimitri Raskalov and Ray Bulgarin. So it would make sense for them to know each other if they got together, dragged Dimitri’s and Bulgarin’s corpses out of the Humboldt and the Platypus, and burnt Bulgarin’s house down (though wouldn’t be able to since the interior of Bulgarin’s house wasn’t available until TBOGT)

I disagree with you because even though Roman will tell Johnny that he's Niko's cousin but Johnny didn't see Niko's true hardcore Siberian military form until this mission and Johnny realized that he wouldn't work with Niko anymore because now he know Niko is deadly plus Roman could barely mention Niko name cause he got gagged up and panic he just said "cousin" and Johnny wasn't scared of Niko at that time until now
