Ah, so they messed the dispatcher up in the PC version, huh? I guess I am remembering the PS2 version, because I looked at one of my videos where I see the PC version and the dispatcher is just as overly talkative there.
4:18 to 4:28 still gives me chills; the siren of the FBI and the thud thud thud of their MP5s. Without a doubt the army were the scariest part of GTA III but in VC & San Andreas it was the FBI. Six stars in San Andreas wasn't remotely challenging. GTA IV brought those impossible to escape active search areas which spoilt things a bit and then GTA V spoilt everything completely with its realism. I've noticed that even if you take down the helicopter and the closest officers the game seems to fire phantom bullets at you. Very disappointing
Lol thankfully no, I think it's just the PC Mods, still own the Real Games on PS2 and Mobile and they'll say something else after like 10 seconds, but this one is every Second xD

Two or three stars, the chase ensues, Police cars hot on your heels, no time to choose. The heat is on, adrenaline pumping fast, But there's still more to come, you know it won't last. Four stars and now it's getting intense, The SWAT team is after you, it makes no sense. Their aim is true, and they won't give in, But you keep on running, trying to win. Five stars and things are getting dire, The FBI has joined in, fueling the fire. They won't back down, they won't let you go, The chase is on, and it's starting to show. Six stars, the ultimate level of fear, Now it's not just the law, but the military is here. Helicopters, tanks, all in pursuit, There's no escape, there's no refute. You wonder how it all came to this, A chase that started with just one little miss. But now you're a target, a criminal on the run, And there's no turning back, no undone. The wanted level in real life, a game so real, You can't just hit restart, you can't appeal. But as the chase goes on, and your heart races wild, You realize it's not a game, it's just real life. _(Continue the poem in the reply section!)_
