VCS gets forgotten a bit, unfortunately. A shame, because it's honestly really run for a psp game. Classic gta fun, some awesome early 80's music, and Vic and Lance's dynamic was hilarious. Only bad parts imo are the controls and some of the horrifically difficult missions. Obviously there's this one and the moonshine warehouse, but another one I struggled with was the one where you're in the back of a hotel and have to take out like 30 chicks in bikinis, all with machine guns and shit lol.

I find in the old school gta series missions like this one come down to a lot of luck. Notice at 7:07 how the under cover police stalled/lagged on getting out of the car to riddle the regina w their mp5s which usually happens in only 3 seconds? Happens to me every time, mission is easy up until you have the 5 stars

Pick up cop bribes to decrease your wanted level. If you wanna know where they are, there's one to a construction site near Downtown. Another one is located between trailer park and your safehouse, and another one in airport on a ramp, but it's not necessary to pick that up as you're relatively safe with 3 stars. And then you can go to a pay n spray and pass the mission. Hopefully this helps.

Tip with the rocket launcher to pass the mission with ease. Aim at the base of the antenna. Like the ground where it sits. That way is faster than trying to aim for the antenna itself.

If you knew where were the bribe stars you could easily pass that mission by flying there with helicopter, but many young players just got straight into car and they were immediately destroyed by FIB

An easier way is flying down to your first safehouse (phils old place), land on top of the garage and if you have a car in there it's a 5 second drive to the pay n spray in the docks. I found it a lot safer.

It's all luck at the end. I've tried this mission at least 15 times and always get that last antenna but get screwed when I try to get to the pay n spray. Literally get sprayed with bullets and my vehicle is in flames in less than a second. You just have to hope they take a bit more time to attack you and hope a tire or 4 doesn't get shot out. Pisses me off >.

I always got my ass capped by the FBI. I tried many times but the FBI cars are hella fast, it's like they are fueled by Redbull. But one of the comments here said after destroying all the antennas steal a police chopper, land at the construction site & get a bribe so the FBI won't be a pain in the ass. Big thx 4 the advice.

So a summary: A simple tip: Never drive a land vehicles to pay n spray. Fly with your chopper to a closest vehicle spawns near pay n spray, and you'll done.

Tip: This mission gets easy by doing all of the empire business missions and own all 30 empires that will unlock bullet proof vehicles before moving on to this mission. You can use that to get through the police especially the FBI who are super strong and go to the pay n spray. It was easy for me to do that and beat the mission in 1 day

@MrW34P0NS Hold down up on the analog stick and X at the same time. When you're getting too low, let go of X but keep holding up to pitch upwards. It's the fastest way to move arbitarily "forward" with a helicopter, with the rotors facing about 30 degrees forward.

Instead of taking the helicopter after you blow up the last antennas, go down the set of stairs that leads to a parked motorcycle. I found it much easier driving to the pay n spray on a bike.

use the police chopper and use these police bribes that will reduce the wanted level, it might take some time but having only 2 stars won't cause any problems when you are flying, so these detours are worth it

To anyone who is struggling with dis mission. After destroying the last antenna get in the chopper and fly to vice port. Find a big truck parked somewhere at there. Then go to the pay n spray nearby and, Mission complete.

This is the hardest 3D GTA I've ever played. And I've beat GTA 3 MOBILE using touch controls.

@@loll33882 just collect police bribes whit the helicopter and you can pass this mission easily this mission is only hard if you don't collect those bribes because then even so you land the helicopter close to car and pay'n spray you can fail in seconds but if you have littlebit of luck even that way it's not too hard and just shoot those antenas on the rooftops whit rocket launcher wich are close to those buildings whit antenas

@@loll33882 use that Vic's girlfriend car wich is always close to that pay'n spray place and if you collect couple of those police bribes whit the helicopter police is not problem at all then :)
