This huge mod created by Jemoeder51 makes the Upstate Tunnels enterable and leads to the end of the map, But also to the Ghost Town what is now solid.
Whats new in V2.0:
Brand new tunnel textures
Brand new Ghost Town textures
Tunnel system is more extensive: the 2 tunnels are now at the end of each tunnel connected with each other, a T split in the middle of the connection tunnel who leads to the Ghost Town.
Fixed Ghost Town: Now it looks like a valley with un-climb-able high grass and rock cliffs on the edges, like said earlier, a tunnel ends up in the Ghost Town, and an another tunnel who is under construction starts in the Ghost Town. No holes between the roads: Roads are now connected, Almost everywhere are buildings like: a car shop with a parking place, a park, a hospital, "little Chinatown" (some buildings of Portland's Chinatown), and yes EVERYTHING IS SOLID!!! :D

Is there a mod that adds an in-game map of Liberty City. That means that I could press "ESC" and in the options there is a map, like in Vice City.

They saw when the tunnel is closed ends ?, because if you followed long you got to a town where next was the ghost town, the name of this city is still known i think one of the betas of gta 3 was available the entrance to the new village and the ghost town And, the ghost town and the village is isnt in liberty city, is part of the North States

There was never anything planned which should be at the other end of the tunnels. Rockstar just added them for decoration.

no, i was at shoreside hideout and starded driving to the tunnels and the game stopp and crashed.

I am looking for a mod i saw a few years back, i seen it in a video (back when i didnt know how to mod the game) IT WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL! i think it had an enb but thats not the mod i am looking for. The mod basically involves the tunnels being opened and on the other side a freaking beautiful city!, i remember a pond and a town hall, it was a coast town. Does anybody know what im talking about? a mod that adds another city at the other side of the tunnel?

But i say that of my theory because if you follow the tunnel whit a dodo, next you gonna to find the ghost town, thats happened to me, for that my theory :)

Ghost Town is just placed there randomly and has nothing to do with the tunnels. Ghost Town is just a cutscene place. Nothing more :D

How to install ??? I followed the instructions and when the game is loading, that bar stuck at finish and when I press Windows logo for desktop it says Unhandled exception... I did just the first mission, but I used the Portland Tunnel bug to get to Shoreside Vale, then I saved the game in S.V. I tried to load a new game, but same. I am using a HP elitebook workstation, 8GB ram and 2.50 gHz of CPU, so I think the PC is not a problem.
