The vehicle was added as part of The Chop Shop update and is due to be released during an event week along with the release of The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.
Two of the cars can be seen attending an overturned car on a busy Leonida highway in the first trailer (1:04).
The vehicle is depicted as a state trooper-style slick-top pursuit car with a black and tan two-tone livery, seemingly based on that of the Florida Highway Patrol, specifically a Florida Highway Patrol Dodge Challenger. It features interior emergency lighting mounted above the front windshield and a traffic advisor lightbar on the rear parcel shelf.
