I'd rather be delayed 5 minutes then lose a life time.

We watched this in driver's ed back in 1990 a few months after a classmate was killed in a car-train crash.

Regarding 5:37 - 8:03, I knew EXACTLY what was going to happen. And hey; Conrail used to run freight trains through my area, too! (Now CSX runs the freight trains here.) And the bit at 8:26 - 9:07, I kind of figured that the train approaching would've really been a speeding Amtrak train, complete with F40PH locomotive!

Thanks for the useful advice. Now I understood the importance of railway sirens
