Combination of tune being to lean, and plugs being to hot for power. Not a good result. If you keep down this track you'll end up cracking your bores or melting a piston. I would suggest you look at the tune in the car ASAP. I'd check your base timing at idle and make sure it matches what is set in the ecu, check the AR ratio this should ramp up into around 11.3 11.4s at the power you are making with pretty tame timing of around 8-10 degrees at the most up top. SRs in the GTIR seem to hate timing at high boost levels unless you are running E85. Thanks for posting your progress though unfiltered.
