@@DabneyXD I thought by lowering the resolution I could get more Fps and hopefully future-proof the build but if it causes a bottleneck then it seems unnecessary

i use i5-4690 gtx 1650 ram 12 gb hdd 500 gb playing god of war on lowest stuttering, also playing red dead on low stuttering too, so i wonder why you play so smoothly. or is it because of my hdd (I've been using it for 6-7 years)

Just got the I-54440S and gtx1060 setup for my daughter but it’s the 3gb card. She doesn’t need much, spent 100$ for the pc the graphics card and the ssd cause the hdd is slow

Crucial DDR4 4gb 2133 MHz + Crucial DDR4 8gb 2666 MHz. They were there when I wanted to complete the game a year ago. Now I have Kingston Furry DDR4 2x8gb 3200MHz dual-channel, and I left Crucial 8gb. I wondered if anything had changed, and I set it to download Sekiro again. If anything, I'll write.
Your configuration is pretty good; make sure all processor cores are active, set the power plan to high performance. If the problem persists, try installing the game on a different drive.
I changed CPU to Xeon e3 1270v3, and I'm playing in most modern games in 1080p on low or middle presets with such videocard. I used to have an i5 4670, and there were freezes with it in heavy games, because it was always 100% loaded!
That’s because they only have 4 Threads. If you have 8 Threads it’s way better like the i7 4770K or the i7 4790K. The only way to reduce it without buying a new cpu is to set your settings to Ultra but obviously your card still has to be good enough.
some of the gameplay is fake. or he just started the game which is why it's not stuttering. Games like watch dogs 2, The division 2 and GR Wildlands are one of few that require 6 core or 6 thread for high settings or the stuttering will be unbearable. ( medium high mix works but high needs more core or threads that i5 4460 don't posses. so this had to be fake or recorded at the start of that game.
Why would it be fake? I had i5-7500 which was a decent 4 Cores CPU that I could be able to play almost most of the games including many CPU Intensive games 60FPS and above without any stuttering or whatsoever. Here's my old Division 2, Watch Dogs 2 and GR Wildlands videos. you are underestimated the power of older CPU's. I have the same system and it's indeed working well. "those people" who always complain and mock older system mostly an "ultra" enthusiasts which most people don't follow that passion
@@lonewolfnomadic3403 I've used that CPU with GTX1050. games like the division 2 had terrible stuttering on high setting but when i swept with a Ryzen 5 2600 i had 80+ fps on 720p at very high settings. the stuttering always occurs when cpu is 100% utilized.
