I'm impressed by the fact that Ubisoft made one of the most optimised PC games in 2023 considering they were notorious for releasing multiple poorly optimised PC games in the last decade.
Well no. Most Ubisoft games were greatly optimized. We feel like this is an optimized title because other games in 2023 run much worse. Assassination creed Valhalla looks better and runs the same as mirage but look how they criticized it's performance in 2020. Assassination creed odyssey ran very fine in 2018. Far cry 6 ran amazingly in 2021.
This game is givin me old Vibes. We need more games like this. Easy to run and Well Optimised for older GPUs. The world can be a better place for gaming again.

Good to know since I don't have the latest GPU... 1050ti on pc 1650ti on laptop... means I will play games like this until I can eventually get something new...

I wanted to add that water is unoptimized and will drop your FPS a lot, I recommend putting it to medium as the difference from high is barely noticeable.
Agree, if they cannot upgrade the graphics a liitle bit without huge performance penalty better dont do it, "just because you can doesn't mean you should" Anthony (LTT).
Imagine getting a AAA game in 2023 that is playable at 1080p with a GTX 1650. It is a freaking miracle. I think so far it has only been this game and Armored Core 6 that were decently optimized before release and literally nothing else. The absolute state of the PC industry.

The only reason you might have noticed that this game runs better is that it is not made in f**king Unreal Engine. UE is not unoptimized in any means (or maybe it is) but it is just way too heavy and advanced of an engine. Game Devs like of Ubisoft, Forza, Rockstar, etc, make their own game engines and put a lot of work and time into it optimizing the engine for their game. A lot of other companies are either too new or lazy to make their own engine.
Well, taking Forza as an example is kind of obsolete since Motorsport, that just released, is one the most unoptimized game of 2023, and it's build on the new version of Forza Tech. For UE5, I would say that we didn't see much games for the moment and from what we saw, performance may vary vastly based on the studio's work. The First Descendant is playable at 1440p FSR Quality with medium settings with my 1060 while using Lumen ray traced global illumination and Nanite. And on the other side of the spectrum, Remnant 2 or Immortals of Aveum, using both Nanite ( and Lumen for the latter ), are both running really poorly even at 1080p FSR balanced with low settings on the same card. UE5 isn't bad, we just saw the bad optimization side of it. I'm waiting for Lords of the Fallen performance, which is running on UE5 with Lumen, Nanite and Chaos and from what NVIDIA posted, it runs faster than Remnant 2 and Immortals of Aveum, while looking noticeably better

If it helps my 280 non x could oc 1200core and 1600mem, mind you it would chugggggg power but the 40% gain in performance mainly due to the core clock was insanely good Still have the card gathering dust All though the 0.1% lows were very bad with or without the overclock, cards just old sadly
What ? Are you saying the ps4s card is similar to a GTX 750? It's quite literally an r9 270 but with gcn 2.0 opposed to the 1.0 version PS4 was amazing at the time and the Xbox one is basically the 260x although both consoles are limited by their crappy CPU

My graphics doesn’t look like yours despite having one of the recommended settings that you gave. Even on the highest settings and resolution the visual still looks like on low settings. There is no shadow, the game doesn’t render properly, the LOD is bad. If someone know how to fix this issue please let me know 😢🙏🏻
can somebody please help me? i have a gtx 1650 paired with a i7 4790 but i can barely achieve 60 fps on low settings why can i not achieve these same fps??
Is the 1650 good for my i5 6400 or the 1060 6gb? I want to stream minecraft at 1080p whilst playing at 1440p. So which one should i get or maybe another graphics card?
Bro that's a very bad idea to use 1650 if you are using one pc setup to play and stream at the same time and especially playing at 1440p. If you have 2 pc setup then you can stream with 1650 otherwise i would recommend 30 or 40 series whichever you get cheaply.
if you wanna stream minecraft i would suggest you get the 1660super or 2060.....if you are on a budget then you should go for a 1650 super that will do the job fine @@remonz423
Comical. According to this I can play Mirage on my 1650 on high settings but I cant play Cyberpunk 2077 on medium. What a joke the gaming industry is turning into.
