I appreciate the respect you showed in making the effort to return to your room to retrieve your mask. Hi Carlos - Refreshing change to watch a 5 star Hilton B/F and dinner Vlog ! Prima facie I would like to compliment you for following the safety protocol of going back to your room to get the Mask 👏🏼👏🏼 ! Your order of Mexican Chilli chilaquiles with Green sauce , pinella cheese with chicken was looking fab on the plate ! Though you gave the embodegado ( egg inside the tortilla ) a solid 8.5 I am sure you loved it with the sauce ! Wish Sophie was around to comment on the texture of the Birote bread ! Looks like the Pinella cheese is similar to Paneer in terms of flavour profile ! The secret of your smart body was finally revealed ! Well done ! I thought you would have liked the Asian Dinner menu of Fried Rice , Spring rolls and Orange Chicken .. but looked like it was just about OK ! As usual love every Vlog of yours ! Much love to you ! Not sure how I missed this video months ago but so cool to see you staying at this hotel! I stayed there in 2009 on my first international trip, my first time flying and all that just for my job at the time had some of their product built at the huge electronics factories (Flextronics and Jabil the same place that really cool electronics are assembled like xbox, phones etc) and it was so neat to see these clean factories that were so huge you couldnt barely see end to end inside and had tens of thousands of workers and we went there because our computers used to test the products got viruses and we had to clean and fix them but more so was just a lets go trip my boss wanted to go to mexico lol..at the time that Hilton had a super upscale steakhouse in it which is why all the business execs and everyone stayed there.. they had literally the most beautiful woman on planet earth wearing skin tight skirts that took your order and kind of chit chatter with you just smiling to get tips and I will never forget it..my boss was the kind of guy who wasnt afraid to say anything especially to girls and he literally was trying his hardest to get this one gorgeous girl to come to my room for $$ LOL.. then it got to him telling her she should go home with me to the US and she wouldnt have to work or anything lol.. we thought it was weird at the time but she said she loved living in mexico even though she was not well off and didnt want to even visit america but now a days I totally get it.. I would rather be there weather and culture wise its just the other stuff that us americans would struggle with even though nowadays it seems like its better in many ways that 2009 but we also witnessed then before there was a well known big cartel operating we seen some dodgy ass shit happen at a restaurant with policemen getting paid money from guys who were 100% cartel like but damn was it interesting to witness (we were scared because kidnapping americans was a big thing at that time there, we had two people on a previous trip escape an attempted kidnapping and we had one weird instance where we used a dodgy non-company approved cab and the guy started driving us the wrong way and then into an alley and calling people on the phone so we told him we changed our mind and wanted dropped right here while at a redlight next to pharmacy and tossed like 40 pesos to him and bolted out the car lol). I always wanted to go back it was super affordable to eat and really do anything but we were basically not allowed to do anything technically except travel to the company site in approved transportation and eat at the hotel or two approved restaurants only.. my boss being him said F the rules alot and we went to a really cool mall and just did some exploring. That trip actually changed my life and molded me in many ways when our plane landed there were about 100 guys in a field taking an old plane apart by hand and on the cab ride to the hotel from airport I saw for the first time in my life REAL poverty and it shook me to my core seeing the shacks people were living in with tarps to catch rain water and when I talk to anyone who hasnt witnessed what life is for billions of others accross the world and they complain about their starbucks being too sweet or something dumb I always tell them they should book a trip to Mexico, REAL Mexico.. an amazing place but also a place of sadness.

Eating a lot is no problem when you also work out.....a damaged liver due to to regular drinking too much is a different story. Liver damage is kinda irreversable at a certain point. Stay healthy dude.
