@tom gioia Where I've stayed in Mangilao, Tumon, Agana Heights, and Sinajana, stray dogs have never been a problem. They kind of just keep to themselves and are actually more skittish than anything. There are also a lot of volunteer groups that help rescue these pups or at least feed them, so majority of them are very gentle 💛
There are a lot of awesome spots around the island! Meskla, Chamorro Village, Ron's Diner, Pika's Cafe, Shirley's, King's, Three Squares, and Proa. I'm sure there are many more, but those are just some at the top of my head 😊
