This has to be one of the most expensive dimsum I've ever eaten, and also one of the best. There are many dimsum restaurants in Guangzhou but the locals there and food experts will recommend this to be the best.
The hotel have 3 different restaurants serving the exact same dimsum. I chose Yutang Chunnuan玉堂春暖 because it is beautiful and quieter. Do remember to book at least a few weeks in advance.
