yess he really did got fed up. poor horse and poor man as well but he got up in a very calm professional way hope the horse will not pay gor what he did
@@acap2025 ya he seemed pretty calm about the whole situation which is kinda surprising to me cause I would have been freaking out but ya hopefully the horse is ok too
Probably has a horse fly try to bite under the belly. My horse reacted like that one day and my friend saw a big horse fly fly up under her near her teats....and she bucked the same way and shook that bug off too
Anyone who has ever been around a house knows they are unpredictable. No matter how well they are trained. No shame in that gracefully throw. That is just part of their jobs. Full respect here.
From all of us growing up with horses, here is your example of how easy and how fast it is to get bucked off. Horses are strong and when you are thrown off balance, forget it, you're going down. Glad he was okay.
He was so lucky he was not seriously injured. I am sure he woke up the following day very sore! I thank he and his fellow soldiers for their service to their wonderful country! 🙏
If these horses are anything like Arabian horses, I'm thinking you would have seen the most experienced guards come off a few times. Even sure that my favourite trooper there has been thrown off.
having fallen off the same way before i feel like there's a point where you feel absolutely zero embarassment because you are entirely focused on how you are in pain but shockingly not dead lmfao
Bless the Soldier..and horse! I own horses..they throw you, when you least expect it..happens to us all! Carry on Soldier..much respect, get some rest..and carry on.😇
Yeah he did jump up like a champ but that stupid mop on the helmet well actually the whole helmet is outdated, but the big red thing it makes me think of a horse tail. Maybe when flies are bad he swings his head back and forth to run them off! LOL I’m thinking of Will Smith’s daughter’s song I whip my hair back and forth!
I got nicked off a bolting race horse 🏇🏻 when I was a novice aged 14 and a fantom lightweight. A man helped me onto my feet and took the horse (worth £6,500) out of the road. There were three of us and the slightly older owners daughter needed us to ride a horse each to get to a show and she was competing with all three. I didn't want to get back on Crazy Print, so a bit of shuffling around with the horses. I ended up on a 12.2 Welsh Connamara for the very first time and he was lovely. Perhaps that was why I was always given the difficult ones, even though I was only a novice and the least experienced ❗🤔 My back was very badly bruised and it was the next morning that I felt it and couldn't go to school for a week. I was on bed rest the entire time and my mother waited on me with all my meals and had to help me get out of bed. I was thrown from a full galloping bolting horse running paraito an A road and he bucked me three times and I was tossed up high and flipped over, landing on the grass verge. Sympathies because I know how much it hurts❗You weren't on a speeding horse, but you landed on the hard road❗🤔 so I hope the military allowed you a week to recover from the painfully spinal bruising ❗🤔
The fall happened, Thankfully your not hurt , you got up with great 👍 DIGNITY . Gathered your stuff and moved on to the next stage as if nothing had happened. What a Special GUARD.
That young man was very fortunate. That fall could have broken his neck, and he could be paralyzed now. As a medical professional, RN, I have seen a lot of people who have either died from falls/ kicks/being stepped on multiple times by a frightened horse. Regardless of how much training you have or how good rider you are, they are massively strong animals. They are also prey animals, and can become frightened easily, and can be very unpredictable. If you know, you’re going to fall, if given enough time, you can try your best to try to control your fall to try and avoid the worst possible, or life threatening areas of your body. I’d rather have a broken leg, than a broken neck, or head injury. I know that’s not always possible. It’s also a good thing that this is a very strong, in good physical shape young man. I’m sure he was very sore after that fall.
There's a saying in motorcycling that you dress for the fall, not for the ride. That's obviously about gear but in mountain biking a huge part of it is knowing how to fall off and being able to decide when you need to ditch your bike
И какие обязанности он продолжает?Никаких!А должен был задержать лошадь свою за узду(товарищ из пары ,помог бы ему )и отвести лошадь в сторону.т.к.,она может нарушить. общий строй.Вот это было бы "соблюдение"...
That horse has perfected the "dismount your rider in one easy move" LMAO glad he rider wasn't harmed. Bruised ego a bit. Kudos on his galant attitude ❤❤😊
That Helmet saved his ' Noggin' but they're was certainly no need to feel embarrassed, these are tremendously strong& Powerful Animals and the best of Horsemen have been thrown at some time!
Yeah I noticed the horse just fell back into formation maintaining his cadence. He sure knew how to get his poor rider off his back. Hope the guy is ok! 😢
Great comments! The King's Guards have much respect. So nice to see. I love how they carry themselves. I hope he was okay. He handled that fall better than anyone could have been expected. Bravo!
I don't know how you worked that out, any age horse can buck, it may have been bucking to remove a fly off its arse or legs which by looking at the start of the video the horse does look like he was trying to swish a fly with its tail. Anyway its irrelevant, these horses are meant to be bombproof before being let out in public just like police horses are, can you imagine a police horse doing that whilst surrounded by football / rugby fans or kids visiting a concert... these horses were once vigorously trained whilst under the queens care but I'd say training and schooling standards have slipped. These horses are locked up all day, they have crappy lives in comparison to how a horse would naturally live. I feel sorry for them.
@@stargazer2019 What's a natural horse? They get let out onto the moors for a good portion of the year and are far better looked after than most horses.
He’s ok. Maybe his ego is alittle hurt but he’s ( I hope ok) and the guardsman will get right back up on his horse and ride on likecalls well. We all take a p spill on our horses once in awhile. Thank You guardsman and good luck.
Aw bless him. He is going to feel that tomorrow. Full marks for the “ nothing to see here, move along” stance while he calmly gathers his stuff and re- assembles his helmet.
@@ServantofYaHi777 why did he release the reigns and roll with it and stand up completely unphased then? He's definitely spent time in a saddle and this is not his first fall.
Wow! He’s very lucky he didn’t get hurt landing on a hard street, and those ornamental helmets don’t provide much if any protection. Rarely see a horse catapult a rider into a full forward flip over its head like that, especially those well-trained cavalry horses. Thank goodness he seemed okay and got right back up.
@@clairewinter4117Funny?? Um no it’s not…I have seen a horse buck a young man off of him and unfortunately the man was seriously hurt…paralyzed waist down…I’m sorry but it’s never funny when a guard or any person for that matter is bucked off of a horse.
its a good thing that the soldiers are trained on how to fall from the mount.this soldier was probably a bit red faced.but a true horseman.he got up and carried on.a great soldier❤
Thank God that soldier was able to recover from that fall, it could have been tragic yet, he was able to continue his duty. Blessings to that young man.
He was jumping a horse over a rail. In 1995, Reeve fell from a horse at an equestrian competition, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. Your welcome.
What got me about Christopher Reeves being paralyzed by that house was that he once played a paralyzed character in a movie. It was like the story became his reality. I felt so bad for him.

Much love and respect to The King’s Guard who got up and composed himself like a true soldier. The country are immensely proud of every one of you all for giving your everything ❤ I wish the guard well, we salute you ❤️
