I think the chariot is a badger.. The death's-head hawkmoth has an image of a skull on it.. Kind of ironic that the 8 of cups is a damaged card.. 4 of swords, he's just resting in his den.. I'm torn about this deck. I like the art work for most of the cards, but I don't like the repetition of the animals, and I agree with you that some of them are confusing regarding their symbolism.
Hello! I was very excited to get this oracle deck that seems really beautiful to me, but now that I have seen your review and these inconsistencies between the images and the Major and Minor Arcana and the strangest thing is the interpretation that the author gives to the meanings of the cards , that I have been completely disappointed 😔😞😒 Thanks for the unboxing 😌🙏🏻✨♥️
I’m so sorry about your damaged cards. Hopefully they were replaced! I like this deck! I’m drawn to it even though it’s not very simple to work with right away. It’s the best one of her decks in just my opinion. 😊 thanks for sharing this video !
I am new to this/studying the heck out of tarot in general: different decks, videos, books, notes…etc. This was one of my first purchases. I am very curious and very humbly asking if any of you feel the artwork, story, and detail is there, it’s sometimes difficult to find correlation to the Rider Waite deck, when compared to other variation decks? Example 4 of pentacles RW versus four pentacles here…?
Bought this with some Christmas money. Not an intuitive deck. With many of the cards, you have to know the reasoning behind the imagery. Also, I feel that MJ treats this more like an oracle deck. I love her Crow tarot and use it a lot but this one doesn't work for me at all. Very disappointed
