@@jackoff1826he didn’t do anything when he first got here. Just an automatic out. But definitely did hear up the last few weeks of the season. Luckily it has carried over into the post season

That’s why you need to find ways to get guys on base against a pitcher like Skubal. You’ve got to force him into the strike zone. He had no margin for error with the bases loaded and was just looking to get ahead. He doesn’t throw that pitch if the bases aren’t loaded.

@@eagl3ye Yeah but he shouldn't have thrown him a strike. You don't throw a get me over strike with a guy that hunts first pitch. With the stuff he has, even with the bases loaded he just needs to throw him something around the plate and because Thomas usually tries to ambush pitchers, he'll likely offer at it and you'll get weak contact. But again he may have missed location.

I don’t share it, but I hope you’re right. Yankees seem to have our number in post season.

It's only fitting we have to go thru the Yankees in order to have a shot for the WS. Boston did it 20 years ago so why not us?
