Damn, I wanted Pep back in Barcelona, but the job he has done at Manchester CIty is simply amazing. Pep belongs there, cheers to amazing club such as Man. City. Now that Barcelona is out of the UCL, I'll be cheering for you guys, you really deserve winning the title, the football you are playing is beautiful, exciting and overall effective. Go City, go!!!
I think this was at the real nadir of Wenger's reign mere weeks before confirming he was leaving. Arsenal were a dead club walking here. If City had lost to Arsenal in this game, City should have folded as a club.
We destroyed you again 4 days later at the Emirates. I remember 70 percent of the stadium was empty due to some major storm. We were up 3 nil by 35 mins
Kompany always celebrated like he was a 6 year old scoring for the first time. Every goal meant everything to that guy, and that’s what why he’s the best CB ever for City.
I was wondering why I never watched this documentary series until I remembered half of it is that week when they beat us 3-0 in a cup final and then 3-0 in the league days later. Miss for me.
MALIKE Boii dream on he already has 2 trophy’s 🏆🏆 that’s 2 more than ole at the wheel lmfao 😂 and he’s only been doing it 2 minutes , and before you start charity sheild counts it’s a trophy 🏆
Barry Ayers Charity Shield is a friendly😐Calm down and remember he brought us to our worst domestic season in the league and we couldn’t get past olympiacos im still not satisfied you lot are too comfortable with fa cups
Ironically, I think Arteta is showing more from Moyes atm than Guardiola. No doubt he wants to play progressive, front foot, football but his pragmatism is fantastic. He knows he hasn't got the players atm to execute his vision so he is making Arsenal tough to beat and dangerous on the counter with lovely passing out from the back.
for me it's fun to see and hear Pep and Aresene changing words...and see this emotional side of theirs. I'm really bored of the same old attitude and boring talks during pre and post match interviews. Those are clearly managed by the clubs PR machines... but here on the pitch you see them come alive and that's what I love to see
With this pain in arteta's heart he promised to come back to save is own. He actually did it against pep in the fa cup finals. Pep once said stop complaining about ref just go play football
@AdmiralOddSock we were the first ever mens club in England to win a domestic treble. If it wasn't a 'proper treble' how come your club hasn't done it before?
Arsenal fan here. So glad we got rid of Mustafi. Look at that first goal, and look at the defending for the play that gives City the corner they score from.
Pep during wenger fight. Removes the mic that was given by the documentary team before the trash talk. Also clearly his team talks are also very controlled, he isn’t his natural self. No club will allow a documentary to have complete access/freedom and pick any pieces of footage they want to create it. That’s horrible PR. But it is a great marketing strategy to say that was how it was done.
City were winning 1-0 at half time but playing very poorly and not like their normal selves, Pep essentially reminded the team of how they normally play and how good they are, and City went out and dominated the game and won 3-0
Basically, you need to keep the passes short and with that, Arsenal commit more bodies to try to intercept the ball. Once that happens, there is space and more city men open to receive the ball in those spaces and create chances.
And are you sad now? Losing kompany was huge, we needed a leader. That leader is Dias. My only concern now is that we aren't as lethal im attack so we are bound to drop points a few more times
Guardiola will be remembered as the manager of this generation, he’s has unrivalled success at every club which he has been a part of and I don’t think that it’s unfair to say that he has revolutionised football particularly with his Barcelona teams. Not as good as Ferguson but certainly s worthy successor as the worlds current best manager
