EXQUISITE!!! Alessandro Michele did it again. This new Gucci is getting better and better. Boho feel, very romantic but not corny at all. I feel he's way more confident than on his first collection. The whole collection was opulent, very rich materials, lots of work involved in the fabrics' treatment and the choice of textures I´m sure. Accesories will be a best seller, those shoes were so feminine and sexy, oversized rings are coolest! Fascinated with it. Bravo!
I felt like these models were fantasy characters living in a perfectly preserved garden. The whispering voice is the garden itself speaking, so beautiful.
Rubimercuri i kind of got mixed vibes when 🎶 created a spanish 🇪🇸 atmosphere and a tad bit of frenchy Italian. Overall i thought of a mariachi band playing with tear shaped 🎸 non electric and moved my hearts desire to relaxing 😢. The female vocals are greater than the angels. Omg if heaven doesn't sound like this i don't wanna go.
This is my favorite show of 2015 for 2016 Spring Summer. Gucci. Gucci. Gucci. Love this! Beautiful, elegant, flowy and fitted... What?! Just wonderful amazing talent.
I can't believe I'm posting this comment ' but I absolutely LOVED this collection , .it's was eclectic yet relatable ,vintage yet modern and truly beautiful .The colors were delicious,the prints delightful and the mixing of fashions past influences offered a celebration of frivolity and the joy of dressing for today . I like this direction that Gucci is taking, it feels fresh and young...but to a slight degree- it feels like I'm looking at a live-action tumblr feed of soft-spoken-glitter-goth-dark-nightmare-retro-70s-90s-gif.

Well if you have an eccentric aunt who has tonnes of money and lacks all style knowledge whatsoever she will buy this Gucci. Otherwise its a disaster of design. Donated to a charity shop these would have a hard time selling. Except for the phoenix gown. That was genius.

The shoes...so depression era. Flamenco meets..odds and ends fabric clearance at JC Penny.. The Frankenstein platforms are so cute, great roacih stompers too. The musical accompaniment whispering little nothings gave me agito and a giant headache...how charming.
Beautiful pieces, with a poetic sense of color and a witty attitude for fabrics and prints. Refined luxury and educated taste. Could feel just a bit sexier, but still great.
wonderful, I like this fey, quirky mash-up, with its many different styles, patterns, and embellishments; and the colours! It's an ethereal farewell to the 20th century, with colours from history's palette, that suggest the decor of old houses, like delicate vintage wallpaper, and fine, faded curtains. Beautiful.
ugh these models... some were ok but others look so awkward - maybe it was the shoes but their walk was not nice. from a distance some looked like they were limping. blegh
Ellio Martnez That's true, but for such a big fashion house, there shouldn't be excuses for using models with bad walks etc. The entire show is like the museum and the models are the frames that hang the artwork. They should complement and showcase the art/clothes, not distract from it.

Everyone is on here bitching about how this isn't Gucci anymore. The truth is the brand needed a rebooting. Frida's designs wre not selling. House's reboot all the time.YSL and Dior recently hired new designers to reboot their collections. Tom Ford was hired to reboot Gucci.

Awesome show I love the looks but whoever did the cam opps needs to be fired right along with the video director! I would have loved to see some of the looks but due to bad jib shots and poor switching without fades it made me sick and I missed some of the looks. Also the music can go out the window behind them. I have watched a lot of fashion shows and the has to be the worst music I have ever heard!
And I thought I was the only one that was so bothered with the horrendous video coverage of the show. I was annoyed that it didn't put an effort to showing off the clothes or prolong model exposures. First model was super exposed the rest were fighting for it. Then it would pan into bird's eye view or behind some bushes, like seriously? He must have lost his damn mind. Hahahaha. And agree also that the music was so ridiculously boring, i had to rewatch it with a different audio. Hahaha
This is trying SO hard to be 'quirky', when in reality it's just NOVEL. There's absolutely no staying power to this whatsoever. The prints/motifs are incredibly cartoon-like and some features like the bows, hemlines and glasses have very little real life context. I could see this as costume, but nobody would actually WANT to wear this and still be taken seriously.
