first I suspected Umari because he didn't know the prayer time and for me I think no matter what even if you don't pray you would at least know the names and their times because you see people do it every day... but at the end I the knew it is Zaina because her evil eye (shirk) and her not saying menstruation which is the most famous, if you are sick it's better not to fast but it's not haram. but if you are in your menstruation, it is haram for the women to fast.

I suspected Zaina straight away when I saw the necklace.. Islam is clear that we only seek protection in the words of Allah and there is Sunnah to show us how to seek Allah's help. We don't wear items like that for protection.. And when you look at the background of these items, they belong to cultures and civilizations outside of islam. And the Prophet clearly said NOT to imitate the non Muslims. Furthermore, this particular symbol is associated with shirk as its from Egyptian paganism. So yeh, it was extremely obvious Zaina wasn't a Muslim.

The only rhing that protects from ayn is saying mashallah or thbakallah ect. And informing and reminding people to say it when they like something for example a sister wears a dress you like so you say your dress is beautiful mashallah or something like that. These words and allah are the only ones that can protect us from it
