The mention of having flexibility of schedule yet being a workaholic is something I've always said. People seem to think that if you're not like rigidly scheduled in work you suddenly won't work.. I feel it's usually the opposite for most people though. When they have the freedom of flexibility in their work schedule they'll work a whole lot more. Like I feel most people would gladly work more if they could work at different times throughout the day. I know for me I get random bursts of energy and that's when I'd like to be able to work. Like I'll randomly be up at like 2am wanting to do *something* so I end up cleaning the house. If I could work during those times I'd gladly do that instead. Rather than forcing me to work at times I don't really have the energy for it.

Wasabi heat is WAY better to deal with, though. It's a root and not a pepper, so it doesn't have the capsaicin heat that makes your mouth burn. There is still a burn, but you can actually drink water and it'll subside, unlike capsaicin, which sticks around unless you drink milk.
