Actually, the thing is that Moxley has used like 6 moves as finishers during his AEW run. The bulldog choke is one of them, it's not a signature. The Death Rider is supposed to be an elevated/spiked version of the Paradigm Shift, but he often does it sloppily and it's more of a butterfly suplex! 😂

Watching them complain about the quiz is often more fun than watching them take it.

Technically 619 is a signature. It rarely ends a match on its own. It's followed up by West Coast Pop or Frog Splash etc. which would make those the finishers.

Mox's Bulldog Choke is one of the most protected finishers in AEW. I don't even remember the last time someone got out of it (except when there was an outside interference). It is like Mox's last resort after his opponent refuses to stay down. He usually uses it right after someone kick out of the Paradigm Shift.

West coast pop was the finisher part back in the day at least

Moxley's Bulldog Choke is a pretty staple finisher of his he uses when nothing else works or when he's really vindictive. The match between him and Yuta last year (the good one) he had to resort to it because Yuta wouldn't stay down.

Death Rider is the Paradigm Shift in New Japan, but as of recently they just changed the distinction. Death Rider is now the elevated double arm brainbuster while the Paradigm Shift is the regular double arm ddt (or Dirty Deeds). The bulldog choke is his other finisher. He’s been using it for three years now, with the first time he’s used it being on Sammy Guevara at Bash At The Beach in 2020. As for the gotch pileriver, that’s more of a signature he picked up after his rivalry with Minoru Suzuki. Like how he’s picked up the cutter after his return from rehab.

Barrett's finisher is called the Bull Hammer as a tribute to Bartley Gorman,. He is considered one of the best bare knuckle boxers of all time & claimed the title King of the Gypsies. He's also a distant relative of Tyson Fury, hence his ring name of the Gypsy King

Eddie Kingston also uses the Bulldog Choke. In NJPW, Jon Moxley's finisher is called the Death Rider. AEW only calls it "Death Rider" when it's the elevated form that kind of looks like a Brainbuster.

In practice anyway, Mox really only has three "Finishers" nowadays, that being the Paradigm Shift (Dirty Deeds), Death Rider (An elevated/spike version of Dirty Deeds), and the Bulldog Choke as a submission finish. What made this quiz really hard though is the fact that finishers aren't really a thing anymore in modern day wrestling, wrestlers just have their list of signature moves and when the time comes to win the match, they pick from the list.

Still blows my mind that the boys can't get their head around wrestlers having multiple finishers. They've been watching for over a decade. None of these moves were trademarks as Dante complained. I miss seeing Alberto Del Rio's Cross ArmBreaker so much! He was decent in the ring, but this finisher was epic, came out of nowhere...looked cool the way he spun over opponents arm to lock it in, and he could also do in on the ropes by hanging on the opponents arm

Paradigm Shift and Bulldog Choke are Mox’s main finishers in AEW. Death Rider was his finisher in NJPW, which is elevated at a much more ridiculous angle. But yes, the Bulldog Choke is one of his finishers when he basically needed to have a submission finisher when going against Danielson prior to BCC forming.

I’m a pretty big Karrion Kross fan, but I forgot he had the finisher Time’s up. He didn’t use it very much. When he first came to Raw he would first use the Doomsday suplex, then well his opponents down he’d go behind them then hit them with that forearm move. The problem was that I was only remembering the Doomsday Suplex and The Cross Jacket

only 1 I didn’t get was Santana & Ortiz as they usually used the Street Sweeper in AEW I guessed Kross for the last 1 but I think it was probably his indy/Impact finisher not WWE
