@@TheMTwinny Yeah, WWE has a bad habit lately of just changing theme songs when a composer leaves so they don't have to pay royalties. Could you imagine if HBK got a new song when Jimmy Hart went to WCW?
@@Captain_PuddingIt's less an issue of not wanting to pay CFO$ royalties and more that their label are such bastards that the duo disbanded rather than ever work with them again. WWE even tried to buy their contract but the label decided they'd rather make almost nothing off future royalties than let them go.
StacheClubWrestling are the best. Found their channel a few months ago, I love playing "with them" while playing some videogames or doing some workout. They are really great as a background noise 😍
I didn't know there was a part of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne known as SWEEP CITY. ...........because apparently, Ross has a flat there, for getting every one right! Well done, Ross!
Great quiz, almost lost out on the sweep though because I couldn’t decide whether they were looking for Dan Severn or Dr. Death Steve Williams. Had to go back and check on Dr. Death’s theme to make sure I wasn’t going nuts. Turns out they both used it. 🤣
I love the vibe around these videos. Feels just like me and my friends hanging around the office on our lunch break messing around. Pure joy every time I see you guys post
That was tougher than I thought! Grew up in the Attitude Era and rewatch episodes fairly consistently. Missed D'Lo, Pillman, Ivory and Malenko. Was pretty happy I nailed Mean Street Posse and Severn though.
I should be ashamed of myself as I say the Attitude Era is my strongest in trivia, but I got 10 out of 15. But Regal was a tough on since he didn't use that character for long. Great job!
100%ed the golden era. Missed Pillman, Ivory and Malenko here. Although technically the attitude era is considered by many to have started after Bad Blood 97. Pillman passed the night of.
Brian Pillman was part of the Attitude Era, the EARLY YEARS of Attitude Era where he was a honorary member of The Hart Foundation, because HE HATES STONE COLD
@@anjhontongo6945 He died October 5th 1997, Attitude Era began December 15th 1997, when Vince McMahon introduced a new era, or maybe at Survivor Series 1997 (November 9th) when the scratch logo was introduced along with the Montreal Screwjob that first put Vince into the limelight as a heel.
These are awesome, although I think for more of a challenge, you should start the songs at more random parts. I’m an attitude era kid, and most of these stings are instantly recognizable, still an awesome video, please more of these!
Really funny for me. At the start I thought, I know this time, then I saw, which timeframe covers the attitude era and I think in this time I saw maybe one or two WWF-matches because I only watched WCW when things were going downhill for Bret Hart. I got a solid score of 2 at this one in comparison to the last quiz, where I got 7 if I recall correctly. The previous one covered the time where I had just started to watch Wrestling towards the end of it 😂
I got them all except Jarret but I only missed it cause I wasn't paying attention and thought it was someone else's lol but when i rewatched that part, i recognized it as jarrett's
That was a tough one lads 14/15 for me didn’t get William Regals. Was hoping we would have heard Marc Meros theme which was bad ass and think it deserved to be a Main Event guy theme!
I’m a theme geek so sweep city for me :D Another acceptable answer for that Jarrett theme is Southern Justice (formerly the Godwinns), who actually used it before Double J or Debra.
I got Angle and Dude Love. I thought I would know so many of these, but only got 2...guess I don't know the Attitude Era as well as I thought I did... lol.
I was about to say The Patriot for number 1 he originally used that theme. Also since Sable turned out to be such a terrible person who refused to bump I would have answered Mero. I feel like one for The New Generation would be a good challenge
I got a few in Golden Era. I got nothing in this one. Didn't even know most of the wrestlers. End of the Golden Era into the New Generation was really my time, though.
Just 5/15 for me. I only got William Regal's one because of that match he had on Superstars against Daniel Bryan when they pranked him by playing his old theme.
Either The patriot should have been an answer or Brian Pillman shouldn't have been one. Pillman died shortly before The Patriot filmed his last match for WWF which aired 1st November... Both of which happened before November 9th 1997 which is generally referred to as the start of the attitude era.
This was rough. I actually got less right. Also wasn't there someone in the Attitude or earlier era that had Kurt Angle's theme? I got alot right surprisingly. Was like 10ish.
