If she lose weight she can get pregnant. I was so overweight and I start a vegan lifestyle. I loose weight and got pregnant years after I found out I was PCOS free and I got pregnant again. She can do it, I know. Maybe when Mickael realize that they need to be consistent and forget pagoda or grandpas BBQ they Will do it. I think You can't have a cheat day cause sugar and junk food is very addictive. It's like a drug addict if You gave him drug he is going to want more.
