back then, i was really hesitant to stan svt because of their number, and was really convinced that it'll take me mooooonths to memorize their voices. but nooo. svt has really unique and distinctive vocals that 2 weeks after finally deciding to stan them, i already memorized their vocals 😭
I feel you fellow CARAT!!! I was the same…and i highly regret my decision of not stanning them earlier than i did. But i believe that i found them at the right time and they continue to be a part of me, forever will 🫶
it was the same case for me. i was also hesitant because of their number. i’m glad i stan them now.. although it was just since a few weeks ago. at first, i can’t even memorize all their names and faces. on who’s who.. i was happy when i finally did it for a day or two. lol. now i have to be more observant with their distinct voices. more effort 😅
Their voices are so unique! and after watching GoSe i'm so in sync with their voices. most of them have very recognizable singing voices like Hoshi, Woozi, Wonwoo, Dino, Jeonghan, DK,
easy 13/13 ♡ a tip for new Carats.. actually if your struggling memorizing their faces bcoz some of them seems like look alike , its more easy if you memorize them with their voices since all of them have a unique voice and vocal technique of singing even the way they speak.. try to listen to their each solo songs or just watch Gose or any of their content since their way of speaking and vocals are the same
@@perlaperez6663 I don't really get scoups and vernon confused because I can typically distinguish vernon's accent. scoups is a bit rounder/softer even if he's going angry or vocal fry there are more layers. vernon's is more compact, like jun's. honestly i get vernon more confused with jun when they're singing. dk's is purer or sweeter? seungkwan's typically is a bit thicker. (DK is more natural in his approach, Seungkwan knows his voice and has worked for it, both are really great). They do duets a lot as the main vocals, so you can look those up and see. Jun's voice has a, I'm not sure how to describe it, but I think of it as like tinny or metallic??? not in a bad way of course he's one of my favorites, idk how to describe it. generally Jun gets higher notes because his falsetto is so unique they like to use it. - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-F6aIAeenmkQ.html honestly the best advice i can give is try to listen to more of the china line talking because their accents, while both chinese, are slightly different. or just listen to my i on repeat like everyone should :) this video is good for comparing their voices, they sing very similar lines trading off: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6cLq766IdL4.html so like scoups, seungkwan, the8 sound like they have more layers/depth while vernon, dk, jun feel compact/thinner?? this is just my ramblings from someone who has listened to a lot of seventeen but has no formal or informal vocal training XD (for me, jeonghan and joshua's voices voices are the most similar)
13/13! 😘💅 I recognized most of the songs and watched the MVs too many times 🙈 I almost got tricked a few times like Woozi & Shua until I realized this was a specific line for a member. Jun's the only one who has a line: "There's a good restaurant to eat across the street let's go" in Aju Nice!
but jun has the most unique vocal technique, also glad that jun has more lines now compare to their debut era since he & minghao is still not that fluent in korean
13/13 imo they all sound so diff from each other like it’s easy to distinguish who’s who??? except for maybe when they use autotune and sing in a pitch/tone they don’t normally sing in (like with seungkwan in ash i had no idea that was him 😭) but yeah i’ve always noticed this with them like even with seungkwan and dk when they hit high notes, even if it’s the same note u can tell which one is singing
Being a carat since 2020, I never really paid that much attention to who’s voice is who’s but after testing myself I don’t know anyones voices that well 😭
Same I've been a fan since at least 2017 but I own some albums so I'm used to listening without the mvs or colour coded, turns out I really suck at this 😅 Can't tell if that makes me a good or bad fan 😂
I'm a Carat since 2020 too 😁💙✨! And I do, recognize their voices, but it's okay not to. If you wanted to learn them, I think I somehow could help you (I'd try) if you wanted 😁. But really, it's okay not to know their voices, what's important is that you support them 💙✨.
@@cranberryfruit8808 It doesn't make you a bad fan 😊! If you were toxic or excluded soemone or something, that would make you a bad fan, not recognizing their voices is comoletely fine 💙✨.
For people who don't know the songs: Intro/Outro- Clap The8- Rock With You Vernon- Mansae Hoshi- Home; Run DK- Don't Wanna Cry Woozi- Ready to Love Dino- Anyone Jun- Very Nice Jeonghan- Left and Right Mingyu- Check-in (hiphop unit) Seungkwan- Snap Shoot S.Coups- Thanks Wonwoo- To You Joshua- Hit
@@PhungNguyen-bt6mg Bài To you nha, trong alb Atacca đợt Rock with you í, có cả video mấy ông hát trong comeback show trên youtube, nhưng mà có 11 người thôi, đợt đấy JunHao đang có lịch trình ở Trung nên không hát trong comeback show. Thực sự video comeback show đấy, nhất là đoạn cuối, mấy ông live đỉnh vl, woozi, dk, seungkwan bắn highnote, adlib toành toạch. Mẹ mình cũng rất thích xem cái comeback show đấy.
I dunno how I know which one was singing. Like, a few months ago, it was easy for me to recognize some members' voices, but then it became hard, then easy, then hard, then easy, until I got it.
11/13, i want to get full marks but as a-month-old carat, i guess its good enough😅. I got mistaked woozi as jun and that mingyu part in check in i remembers the unit switch, and joshua sing/rap that part so i thought its joshua
13/13 lets goooo. I also notice the little things and habits of theirs when the sing, its easily identifiable for me at least. For example Jun tends to slur syllables together like his "이“ and ”어“ more when he says "맛이있어" in the audio clip you put. For Vernon I feel that its his strong pronunciations. Dk obviously his voice his sooo strong you can just tell, Woozi and Seungkwan as well. Jeonghans falsetto is so light, its easily distinguishable between the Svt members, but could he confused with Joshuas. Dino and The8 sometimes sound IDENTICAL as in Pretty U but i think Minghao has a warmer tone whereas Dinos has a very easygoing and playful tone. Wonwoo obviously he has a unique voice in Svt, he has that husky warm tone. Hoshi has a unique voice, its kind of hard to put a finger on it. For example, when he says "지금 부터“ in Clap theres a certain intensity about his voice. His voice is always very assertive and clear. Mingyu, having a lower voice, also has a certain softness at times. Sorry for rambling, its late and I am obviously very bored. I have a lot more observations but I'll be quiet now
7/13 Relatively new so this was really good! (Especially for me because I have a hard time with knowing or memorizing personal traits such as voice, face, name, etc.)
I just became a carat a few months ago and I'm literally watching this video to recognise their voices. Their voices are really unique and since I watch gose it has become a bit easier but I still can't catch some of the members voices like gyu, dino, hoshi and everytime a vocal part came I was like that must be someone from the vocal unit and turned out to be someone from the hiphop or performance unit
It was so fun because for the first time I got almost everything correct and svt is the only group whose voice I can recognise pretty easily ❤️ I use to stan other groups too that has much less members than svt so I always try to learn their voice difference but I never make through😂But SVT is 13 members but it's so easy to recognise their voice.. I feel glad ❤️ Proud Carat
10/13 - i just started stanning them this august and im sad because i wish i stanned them earlier 🙁 and finding out '95 liners are going to military soon makes me sad ☹️
13/13. When I stan them at first and listen to their songs, I always ask who is singing because of the many members. But when I continuously listening to all of their songs everyday, I got to know already who is singing.
Carats I need help! I’ve recently became a fan in September and have been watching going seventeen and listening to their songs for the past few months. I know who they each are, but I haven’t been able to pick up the different voices from Joshua, Jeonghan, Jun, The8, and Woozi just yet. Any tips and tricks to listen to or look out for when listening to them sing? I’d greatly appreciate it!
scoups-has a deep voice jeonghan-nasal tone joshua-has a very full voice, can be slightly rough in certain songs, but mostly soft(and a slight accent) jun-sounds "electronic"/has an electronic quality to his voice(?)/has a high voice hoshi-has a very muted voice when singing, tends to join a lot of words together, becomes aggressive when shouting/rapping wonwoo-deep voice that sounds "denser"(?)than scoups woozi-nasal(less nasal than jeonghan but more nasal than joshua) the8-has a soft, high and muted voice(and maybe a slight accent) mingyu-high rap voice, a slight growl dk-high voice, powerful seungkwan-high voice but more muted than dk vernon-has an accent, free flowing, slightly muted, has the highest tone in hiphop unit dino-nasal, very clear pronounciation
