There is no attempt from Govt side for awareness creation and setting up centres for therapy, training and rehabilitation for the kids with ASD. Even in private set up, the therapists are not properly trained in many cases. Further therapy sessions are higjly expensive and un affordable to majority of parents. Since COVID days, there has been exponential increase in cases with ASD. There should be strict regulations fir therapy centres in the matter of engaging therapists, fixing fee structure and scheduling sessions accieding to individual needs.
