Funny thing I am 6' tall and thin and a woman a real born biological woman. Over my life I have never hated anyone fat however, fat women have said to my face "I hate you because you're thin". This woman is hurting fat people by convincing them it is good to be fat. Ironically she hates them to point that she lies to them so they continue to harm themselves. Her virtue signaling is despicable.
Do people make fun of your height ? 6 foot is pretty tall for a female. Some of my best friends are fat and I make fun of them, not in a cruel way though. If I upset a friend or family member with jokes, I would stop immediately. Being fat is a serious issue though and I tell fat people they need to lose weight because I care.

Running down the street is free (you don't need a gym to exercise) and people who work more jobs tend to eat less due to less time to eat. Vegetables cost less than meat, fast food and prepared meals. Low income food stamp recipients using EBT cards tend to choose foods loaded with sugar (cookies, chips, snack cakes) as well as sodas. I've never heard so many excuses in my life.
yeah, they really shouldn't be allowed to buy snacks and sugary drinks with those anymore than they can hot and prepared meals. they should have to pay for that out of pocket if they want it.

Coddling all of these people with disorders and mental health problems and eating problems and or disorders is getting out of hand. You only reason why this lady is being the way she is is because she's found a way to make money at it. I was always small. I held a weight of 115 lbs most of my adult life until I hit menopause. Then little by little I gained 5 pounds a year until I reached 170 lbs. I was round as tall only 5ft 3". I took a look at myself, and what how should loose weight! Ok common sense don't eat double helpings like I use to. Eat less one egg instead of two one slice of toast not two. One serving instead of enough for two people. It worked an I got use to it. Weight went off a little at a time just like I had gained it. I eat what I want not two servings. That's it. It's that simple along with keeping active. I don't go to a gym but I garden and do yard work. So I stay active every day.
Not sure how much you think someone needs to be to be obese but there are plenty of hefty elderly people in aged care. Hence sturdy mechanical lifters to help move them so the nurses hopefully don’t hurt their backs moving them.
... if you're a petite nurse, especially picking up a 90 year old woman that weighs 100 lb is still going to be very heavy for you... hence, sturdy mechanical machines will be needed ...

Don't diet, fast. Don't eat anything between 18:00 and mid-day. That's 18 hours without food. That means only eat between mid-day and 18:00. Challenging initially although becomes easier with time and disciplined food consumption. Drink as much water as you feel you require, no juice.
some people so fat they can fast for a week or 2 with no ill side effects. Next time you see a fatty buying snacks just say “don’t you think you’ve eaten enough?” 😂

@@billsalcido7878 yeah, a body needs good food..but for losing weight not so much...i lost 30 pounds in thirty days by limiting calories alone.. .I fasted with water and black coffee at my desk job during the day and ate whatever my honey cooked for dinner..always leaving a little bit....then on the weekends I took a break and ate and drank whatever I wanted too.....by Monday morning, my body was telling me it wanted to go back to fasting...lol. It's all about limiting calorie intake.

Rich have access to fruits and vegetables lol they are the cheapest things in the entire grocery store. See that viral video where the entire grocery store was looted in a poor area and the only thing they didn't touch was the fruits and vegetables.
The main reason why the wealthier are thinner is because they are generally smarter, and know eating to much, or to much of the wrong foods, can make you fat.

You will gain it back if you go back to being greedy. We dont need 5 meals a day. No-one does. Humans were hunter gatherers. I’m 6’1”, early 40s and weigh more than I’ve ever weighed. 150lbs. I’ve never been fat, but I eat anything I want, which is almost never fast food or junk food. I buy cheap $5 flat iron steaks and instant rice packets. Stuffed olives, pickles, lunch meat. The most unhealthy thing I eat is occasionally ramen and gummy worms. Haven’t had a soda for over 20 years. I drank beer heavily for 20 years, I smoked, and never “worked out”. It’s easy to just NOT EAT. -drink some tea, vape/smoke, drink water. I can’t understand HOW people can be fat. Best diet is just not to compulsively eat.

Shut the front door. I used to be fat for years due to overeating, drinking and not exercising enough. It is simple. I have been slim since I changed my diet, cut out alcohol and I walk whenever I can instead of driving and I lift weights 5 times a week. I am in my 50s and the fittest I've ever been. If someone has tried and not succeeded, eat less and go to the gym. Change your lifestyle and your body will also change. It is not rocket science and it is not about RACE or POVERTY
