1991 play “Guest House” is considered one of the finest plays ever produced by Pakistan Television as the drama was not only a huge hit but almost all of its characters became household names.
کیا خوبصورت اور پرسکون دور تھا۔ آٹھ بجے ( غالبا ہفتے کی رات) کو یہ ڈرامہ نشر ہوتا تھا۔ تمام گھر والے مل بیٹھ کر لطف اندوز ہوتے تھے۔ اختتام پر اگلی قسط کا انتظار رہتا۔ ہر کردار گویا کہ ایک نگینے طرح فٹ تھا۔ اب نہ وہ دور رہا نہ ہی وہ پی ٹی وی رہا۔ اب تو کئی سال بیت گئے ٹی وی ڈرامہ دیکھے ہوئے۔ کاش کہ وہ دور واپس آجائے 😢❤
I was in 4 class.saw the drama with cousins,and aunties in full room,Laughed together.now acting style dresses ,makeup way of talking ,stories,language all things,are totally changed,not able to see with family
Sad tragic but the Best Ending of drama like guest house...A legendary produtcion ever in PTV history...you cannot make a drama like this that has not only title , cast Roles but also the Moral lesson in many eposides... Top level acting by Rambo murad shamim and mrs. shamim...my all time favorite ...deep innocent Sentimental feelings with every one out there for the team in drama...and my life deepest nostalgia relates to this drama.
This is in reality “ The story of Pakistan “…. A subtle hidden message. It wasn’t obvious back in the 90’s. But the outside influences broke up the unity and corrupt forces drove the citizens to relocate 😢😢

itna ghussa kiun hay aap ko...ending tragedy na hoti toh ye aaj kal jaisay bogus draamon ki tarah hota....its truth that life has more tragedy than happiness.... aik aur baat jo aap nay kahee k shamim ko pata nahi chala k ramo muraad ne dhoka diya...toh obviously jab us ne guest house becha toh baad main kabhi pata chal hee giya hoga....i think it was best ending a drama can have like guest house.
Sunehre din thay , we were all so innocent, so many of the loved ones were alive with whom we used to watch this show with. I still remember those unforgettable moments.

yes indeed why you have doubts? in 90s trend was if it was last then it used to be last ... not like these days where drama got no ending if get famous.
