A list of tips:
1 - Baldi speeds up over-time, not when collecting notebooks (Except for wrong answers). So you need to collect notebooks as soon as possible.
2 - Baldi slows down a tad when you obtain a notebook. This REALLY means you should get them as soon as possible!
3 - Don't save items for later! If you are going to be slowed down by someone, use what you need to stop it immediately!
4 - Use a NoSquee to grab a notebook without drawing Baldi, not to hide! Baldi does not hear you when you grab a notebook.
5 - Party Style might give you the best chance at this. I wouldn't try classic as the better items may be more "scarce". And for demo? Why???
