Can appreciate this, I built all the necessities and placed then so they're easily accessible for what I like to do in game. I.e slayer/ barrows runs easy in/pool/out no selections or buttons to press.

I need to know how people get the ground black inside their POH........Its driving me nuts.

You can save a little money on house tabs by using a rune pouch with dust and law runes.

If you download Runelite/OSRS to an SSD, Your POH will load fast no matter what you do to it. This applies to anywhere in the game.

crystal saw boost does not work for spirit tree/fairy ring, you need 92 construction with the poh tea to get max poh.

I do love this guide but now we have Mahogany homes which is a cheaper way to train your self up to 84/86 Con. So Theo I think if you haven't already its time to update the guide!!

Just finished 74-86 Construction 🙏🏽 tried all methods but found Mahogany’s to be the least struggle on mobile. 💯

You should use a wily cat with karambwanji as food to fight the hellrats, that makes the fights so much easyer.

just scrolled through the comments and noone else noticed but mythical mounts specifically give 123 xp per teak plank (370 total xp per mount) vs a regular teak plank giving 90 xp per which is what you used your math to get 38k teak planks from 52-86 con but really it is 28k teak planks!! :)

Also you never mentioned the Spirit tree + fairy ring combo which requires 95 construction (90 with max boost, thank you for the correction tom) yet you included it in both suggested layouts. For the 'cheap' setup at 11:30 a second garden for tree and fairy ring should definitely replace the wildy obelisk for non-pkers

if anyone comes up on this video now a days such as i have... if you get 3 doses of orange spice on a stew it's +-5 construction. it did NOT take me hours. it took 20 minutes to farm the spice and that was it. Use runelite to monitor how long the boosts last and there you go. Not saying the information here is bad - just that with 3 doses of orange it's super easy.

I just went to lvl 85 cause i got bored of making the oak doors and realised I don't really need the maxed portal, the one down from that suffices as I also have a portal chamber for my most used teles.

You say it takes hours and hours to collect the spices for a chance at the boost. How long does it take to just get the level when you gather your own supplies? (construction materials, not spices)

I just keep the materials noted, and give them to the butler. Also if you use the preserve prayer you will have 240 seconds.

At 0:35 you said "You could previously max your house with level 83 or 85 construction. However, with the recent portal nexus addition you now need 92 construction rather than 91" I understand it, but I feel like that was pretty bad writing. You only needed 83 in order to boost to 91. You should have just said you previously needed 91, but now you need 92. Then explain the boosts later.

Just get a decent amount of spice and hold onto them all. You will thank yourself later.

They need to add a lot of that to RS3, there has not been a construction update for a long time and so much is broken.

Feel I know the answer, but I'd like to verify: If you have a normal portal nexus, can you upgrade it to the gilded portal nexus or you have to build a new one entirely?

Wily cats kill the Hell-rat Behomth much faster and almost never need food. It's worth getting if you don't want to risk getting a fully grown cat again.

Or you can get the diary done for moratana ... Tele with legs and flantery bag... To house to make limestone attack stones... Tele back buy fill up bag and inventory... Tele back to house make the attack stones...yeah slower but cheap as fuck

If this is your maxed house, you can do away with your 2 bedrooms after you've completed.

Is there a guide on set-ups for people who want to host? I dont really use my POH but always wanted to host gilded altar for people who train prayer, but I never know how I should orient the rooms for people to get high xp rates.
