To give advice you will have to appear for X(A) and X(B) investment adviser level 1 and 2, To deal in derivatives you are required to get Series 8 likewise to provide research calls there is Series 15 research analyst , to become mutual fund distributor/agent appear for Series 5 mutual fund distributor, however distributors are not allowed to provide Advisory services according to SEBI , so choose wisely!

Series xii should be first exam to understand basics of Financial Market. How can you directly advise to go for derivative Market? Very wrong advice given by u. 2nd exam should be fundamental analysis, third technical analysis and then one can go for derivative Market. Without having basics you can't advice to go directly for derivative Market. Very misleading advice.
Investment advisor is the most comprehensive NISM series (especially experienced professionals pursue this). It is better to build your foundation from RA if you've done any other NISM series or in your graduation
