Guide to setting up Midi on the Eventide H90

Thanks for the great H-90 tutorials! I look forward to more videos... Questions regarding Midi: - Can I also switch individual presets (A or B) on and off? - Is the Load-CC (your #1) a toogle switch? Or do I have to give an on and off command at a time? - Does the H-90 also accept program commands?

Great videos on H90! I'm getting it down pretty quick with the aid of your videos and the time you spend putting them online. Question: Let's say you setup an expression pedal per your last video, not on a preset. You set it to adjust MIX parameter. However, you would like to program a hotswitch to turn off the MIX assignment and make it a volume pedal, instead of MIX adj pedal. Or if you will, assign it to INPUT gain. To me, the quickest way to do this on 'the same preset' is to make a hotswitch. Thanks for any help! I would make a seperate video on this method (if it's possible) as with a push of the performance button, you could have say, 3 hotswitches for changing action of one expression pedal!

CC = Control Change, not Continuous Controller. PC = Program Change. I realize the difference might seem to be semantic, but Control Changes at least as likely to be a static value than a continuous value, so the word Control is important.

Can you program (via multiple messages) the ability to jump presets and have their bypass/engage status set? So, in essence just jump from one preset to another that has only one algorithm engaged?

This is a great tutorial! I have a question about setting specific programs from the h90 to a preset or scene on my midi controller, How can you tell what the midi program number is?

@GuitarStuffChannel thank you for this video. Is there any noticeable latency when switching programs on the H90 from the morningstar? My use case is having several H90 programs as "snapshots" for the different parts of a song. Currently, I am sending PC messages to the H90 from my Helix when I change snapshots. The changes are not super smooth...

Are you able to run effects from different banks at the same time? Ex: running delay in bank 1, but want to also run a chorus with it from bank 4.
