I have a question, do you also just have pellets with a completely mixed randsoen because I did not have to make it with fs 19 I went to the store and got pallites with completely mixed randsoen is also the case here if that is not the case what are those yellow suits you put in the mixer?
@@jordyvdvecht7566 that yellow stuff is mineral additiv and momenteraly there are no cmr pallets but there is a mod voor a cmr factory then you put the stuff in it and it produces the cmr
Ratio I use is 33% hay, 33% silage, 4% mineral feed and last you just dump in straw until full (around 29%). So for smallest mixer it's 4000L of hay/silage, 450L mineral feed and 3450L straw.
Don't forget on FS22, bale sizes matter. I have the same forage mixer as he does and I got TMR from 2 6500L grass bales and 1 6000L silage bale and made 19000L of TMR. So do becarefull and watch what bales you use.
What is the difference between hay bales and silage? Like do you Ted the fields to get one? And just rake to get the other? (By rake I mean the windrower
Tedding grass gets you hay, grass fermented gets you silage, these videos may help as well: Making Hay: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EV6NC4xI5YY.html Making Silage: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DUMGWXGLbYE.html
From what I've seen (watching a lot of videos, cows always seemed way too daunting to me) you can use all of them ass feed independently of each other, it seems like TMR increases milk production and manure/slurry production and the cows go through it slower, hay is second best and grass is worst of them all
This is glitched out now. It worked fine for me at first and now matter what I put in first, I have something useless that is the same colour as the first bale..
Is the final result any different if mineral added or not, I mean is there two TMRs game recognizes, one with mineral added and one with not? If not, there is no point using it at all.
How do people have the time to farm and keep animals I tried having all the animals and I could spend 24 hours just maintaining them you have no time to farm and it’s a huge waist of time you can make hundreds of thousands of farming a feild in a day but with animals you’re lucky to get anything for the time it takes
Hey I am having a issue with a cow barn mod I had set up the barn before I had TMR ready so I filled it up with hay now that I've got TMR mixed the barn does not seem to be taking it in the drop off point do I need to wait until all the hay is gone or should I just rebuild a new barn

Is your guy Shaq? You just dead lifted a bale of hay! 🤣 He got "country stremph"... oh cheat mods. So you're saying the oat shaft is filler like the sand in a Taco Bell Taco? I use grass and put just enough silage and vitamins to get just past the arrows. This is about making money and whatever small amount of both vitamins and silage suffices the ratio and use the rest . Not only that silage takes forever to either bale or make so you treat it like gold. Anyone have a good silage process ? I want to know your setup.

FC, today when playing I had to feed my cows and I was wondering if you would be interested in possibly doing a test video on what crop gives the highest yield of straw. if there is any difference between them that is.
@@Robert.Manole Sorghum doesn't produce straw at all, otherwise you are right about the other 3. I had posted this before any videos were uploaded by anyone showing straw yields.
I purchased the smallest mixer. I did not view this video before trying to do it myself. What happens when you get the mixture wrong, and the mixer is full? You cannot add an ingredient to correct the ratios. Do you dump somewhere, frontloader some back, and try to dilute to the correct ratios? I know this video is old. Hoping you still monitor. Thanks.
I made a tiny error in fs19 (there was already straw in the mixer) and had to dump the contents out to start over. It separated the forage into its individual components and I was able to scoop up the correct stuff and add it back in. I haven’t played 22 long enough to try cow farming yet, but I’m here to see how it works for when I do start trying
Hello Farmer Cop. Thanks for this vid. I think I remember seeing a silo that has everything in it, even TMR. I don't remember where I saw it. Can you direct me to it? Thx.
